In August 2023, same Gonzalo at Garcia G Roofing responded in a timely manner and surveyed the job. He advised exactly what was needed and said he would contact me as soon as he had the materials. After a week+ I started calling and texting him to check on the progress. He went silent and never responded to calls or texts. It appears he has enough work and not time to respond to clients. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Not so great…read more Sergio has great prices and that's what lures you in. But that comes with it's faults too. 1) Bad at returning calls. I found out later that he also didn't return calls or show up to my brother's house. 2) His original fix didn't work - still leaking. He warned me it might not. After a more expensive fix, I asked for pics. No pics. Next rain - it continued to leak in the same place. When I called again (within warranty period) he hung up on me. I forwarded him the warranty info that his wife had sent. He did come over with some workers to take a look and fix the issue. This last winter's rain (lots of it) it did not leak so I give him that. 3) First time he came by I asked him if I would be better off replacing and he said no, I had several years left. After the second time leaking (within the year), and me calling, he said my roof was rotted out. What? To be fair, I did not pay him at first due to no pics. I just wanted to see what he was charging me the extra money for. I told him prior to working on the roof I wanted the pics and texted him the next day to see if he had taken pics of the work. Nothing. So I am leak free. His prices are good. It's getting to be summer now so maybe you would have better luck with him now = less busy. His warranty is one year so as it doesn't rain that often (except this last winter) douse your house with water where the leak is just to verify the work was done correctly.
