Scammers..where do I start... first this guy took my moms money and promised to start working the…read morenext week.. the next week came, no show... no problem things happen.. spoke with him and said he was backed up and had us on the schedule the next week.. again... no show.. a month later... he says his staff had some issues back home and its just him working that's why its taking so long... me continuing to be gullible: okay.. life happens whatever just get it done... 2 months later still nothing just more excuses as to why he hasn't gotten to our job yet, so I ask for my money back and forget the whole thing... what happens? crickets... you guessed it..he had a million and one stories about why he can't give my money back right away.. eventually he writes me a check I deposit it and guess what the check bounced... I call him again and she tells me oh he's going through a divorce and the lawyers froze all his accounts and he will have it resolved at the court hearing a couple days... again crickets after a week.. then he tells me he's getting evicted and the business money is tied up with this personal accounts, etc. etc. etc. more and more excuses.. it has now been 3 months of me still trying to get my money back from this guy and his shady operation... We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!

An appointment was made that day for the upcoming Tuesday to have them come out and measure for a quote. While we were there we picked out some stones to be cut , beveled and finished for two small counter tops for my mom's kitchen island. We were told that it would take a week and we could pick them up for $485 next Thursday or Friday and it would cost an additional $200 if they were to be delivered. We decided to come pick them up. Our anticipation for getting all of this done was something we waited years to accomplish. The owner talked us out of putting the order on a credit card as it would cost more and we took his advice. Unfortunately they never kept their appointment and the following Thursday and Friday came and went. Bottom line is they never produced the pieces we ordered for my mom's small counter tops. We were very disappointed and we drove the samples back to find out that the owner was smug and rude and told us he never promised us a date to have the pieces done for my mom????? I'm not going to argue with someone that is a liar and never showed up for an appointment to do our our kitchen quote. We left aggravated and frustrated because it was totally opposite of how we were treated the week prior and thought long and hard before posting this review. We like doing business with the local businesses and found several other stone companies that are coming out to quote us. The experience was so bad that even Home Depot turned out to have a better follow up. We are still in the decision making process and open for other recommendations. The reason we gave this review a One-Star is because Zero-Stars was unavailable.
