I reached out to the company, initially, and by 2pm the same day, they were able to get a hold of me. I felt very accommodated and taken care of sincerely, even though I am not an actual client. They listened to my concerns and got me in touch with the person in the incident, as well as relaying the situation to the supervisor. The employee in the incident, with me, was very apologetic and accountable. In a society where accountability and responsibility seems rare, they took care of me and made sure I was left satisfied, cared for, and I felt reassurance, safe, and most importantly I felt valued. I am grateful for their employee who came forward and was genuinely and sincerely apologetic and I am incredibly appreciative of the secretary and supervisor for their assistance in mediating the situation. I wanted to note that I was not a paying or even potential client.
