This batch of sides were too salty and not appetizing. The ribs were bland so it was hard to accept that the same person was seasoning the food. I had fun sampling all of their barbecue sauces before deciding that the Smoky Mountain sauce was my favorite overall. For the brisket, I went with the Tupelo Honey Heat sauce, which added the perfect sweet kick. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Kathy, who was cleaning tables and checking in with guests, took the time to talk with me and make sure everything was great. When she found out it was my first visit, she surprised me with a full sampler of sides to try, completely unexpected and incredibly thoughtful.
