Avoid this company at all costs! A 2 day install took 6 months to complete. They had to come in…read moremultiple times, causing us to lose time and work. Measurer and installers were incompetent, having to cut into our drywall in many places in order to try to fit the stone. The stove opening was measured too tight so it was extremely difficult to put stove in place. Then, the stone backsplash was installed crooked and the company accused us of having crooked walls (they are perfectly straight). When you try to speak directly to a manager, you receive a curt email response from the secretary. Colonial Countertops refuses to take any accountability for their mistakes, and does not take steps to make things right for the customer. Once they have your money, they ghost you (Miro).
