Easy peasy warranty claim on a hot water tank. Whole process took about 10 min. Great company to work with!

I just use cold water and soaked it in the water for one minute while the barbeque is warming up to 325°... I thought I'd keep it under the 350° limit they suggest. And it took two swipes to clean all the residue off my barbeque so I'm ready to grill a steak.! impressive! Home Hardware!!
