We thought he was crying from the sound of the buzzer only to have her admit at the end she nicked him several times. The place is so dirty- she took out a dirty brush from the drawer, removed a wad of hair and then used it on my child. I was so in disbelief. You would think things would be more stringent after covid. I called the place to express my concern and they told me they would call back. She called back 24 hours later and started the conversation with "you called?!" Not even an introduction as to who she was then wouldn't let me get a word in from the yelling. I am discussed to say the least and heartbroken at the same time, because this was the one time since my boy's birth that he looked forward to his haircut. It is fair to say that he is now traumatized thanks to the owner's greedy choices. I wish that I could cut your ear and neck up to see if you would consciously make the same greedy choice again at the expense of a little 4 year old child. We will never return to this nightmare of a business and we certainly hope that this does not happen to your child as it did to our little angel. Shame on the owner and the Dominican lady that knew that she cannot cut hair but did it anyway to maximize her profit.
