I chose this salon because my previous stylist was far away, and my hair was incredibly healthy and strong. My hair expert friends confirmed this; I had been working for a year to grow my hair. However, because they didn't properly lighten my roots, Paulina Sanchez applied a dark and greenish color without asking me. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. I went home and sent them a video crying, asking, "What did you do?" but they didn't reply. I later visited the salon so they could see it in person, but they ignored me and said, "We are busy." Within 2-3 days, my hair became multiple colors and kept falling out. I developed sores on my scalp and cheeks. The salon staff sent me a long apology message, saying they would fix their mistake and scheduled to correct my hair this week. However, despite knowing how damaged my hair was, they did not consider that it needed time to rest. Today, I had my appointment. They applied bleach for 5 hours to my hair, and some areas still didn't lighten. While washing my hair, I saw my broken hair in the hands of two staff members, yet they didn't say anything. They mockingly said "Happy holidays" when they finished. Even the other customers saw my hair was falling out. This process was extremely damaging financially, emotionally, and psychologically. My hair has become completely unhealthy, and I will have to shave it tomorrow. The 10 days I spent dealing with this experience caused me serious trauma. I am also a business owner in the U.S. and have never had problems with my clients, as they are more important to me than money. If you cannot do your work properly in this country, please leave this business to those who can. I believe these individuals' licenses should be revoked. Please do not visit this salon to avoid being victimized. I definitely do not recommend it.
