I would have to drive to Minocqua or Hurley (30mi. one way) even though they had plenty in their repair vans. T hey had one on a pump back in their boneyard that would have worked. They would not sell to me. The workers might be fine (I never got to talk to them) but the gal at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can only imagine how much business she drives away for this company. Someone needs to tell this receptionist to get on her broomstick and fly home as she is hurting this organization. Avoid them if there is another way to get your work done.

I had 3 pine trees planted and one of the trees are more yellow than green. The trees are small…read morethan expected but that's ok. However when I took photos to show them what was planted and asked if they guaranteed them I was told no. They told me I needed to water them 20 minutes 2 times a day that they would be fine. I am completely dissatisfied with that response I told them that they were just planted and brought to me this way. They still tried to reassure me they would be fine. I'm not convinced for that tree is yellow on the inside 3/4 of the way up. This thing is going to be so thin and ugly I'm beyond irritated every time I look out my window. I would recommend looking over any plants and trees before ever letting them plant them. One more thing even the receptionist said she wouldn't have wanted them either but she still had to tell me that they would be ok I get it it's her job.

I'm in Hazelhurst. I first used Olson Landscaping a couple of years ago when I had my septic…read morefield installed and needed my lawn re-done. I got several quotes and Olson was the lowest price so I gave him the job. It was simple, and he did it right. This year I finished a major home renovation and needed retaining walls, and more extensive work. I called Mike again, and he suggested that we do the job on a time and materials basis so that I could see what he was doing and make changes as I saw the project develop. He did great work. He had some good suggestions. He installed a beautiful retaining wall made of large boulders. The job turned out great, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Mike Olson is an old school contractor.....He doesn't come in with glitzy plans. If you need that you might need someone else. But if you have a decent idea of what you want, he can get it done at a fair cost. I'll hire him for my next project.
