When we're 'up north', I can't say enough about this tree service and considering the location -…read morethere are a lot of tree services. But this one is exceptional. They return calls promptly, they are easy going but do great work, they work well together, and they listen to your instructions and needs. They also are environmentally conscious: meaning if you have a tree that you think is about to keel and it's still budding, they will let you know. Another super plus is that they do an excellent job of cleaning up after a job. Not many services can say that. We have used them for some time; and that's not going to change. Thanks Cameron & crew!

However when I took photos to show them what was planted and asked if they guaranteed them I was told no. They told me I needed to water them 20 minutes 2 times a day that they would be fine. I am completely dissatisfied with that response I told them that they were just planted and brought to me this way. They still tried to reassure me they would be fine. I'm not convinced for that tree is yellow on the inside 3/4 of the way up. This thing is going to be so thin and ugly I'm beyond irritated every time I look out my window. I would recommend looking over any plants and trees before ever letting them plant them. One more thing even the receptionist said she wouldn't have wanted them either but she still had to tell me that they would be ok I get it it's her job.

She has been an absolute lifesaver for managing my vacation rental property in Wisconsin while I live in another state. She is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and thorough--qualities that are hard to find and so important when you're trusting someone to care for your property from afar. Every clean was done with care and attention to detail, and she kept everything organized and running smoothly for guests. Beyond cleaning, she's also efficient, proactive, and a true problem solver. If something came up (e.g., clogged drain), she didn't just alert me--she often had a solution ready, which made managing the property so much easier. Her communication was very good and I always felt confident things were being handled well. Honestly, she felt more like a business partner than just a cleaner, and that level of professionalism and commitment really stood out. If you need someone you can depend on to care for your property as if it were their own, I wholeheartedly recommend Kayla.
