Project - drainage and water removal from property in Green Bay…read more I contacted Joel and asked him for help - my basement kept getting flooded and we needed a solid drainage system to take water away from the home before it got into the foundations. Joel was very responsive, totally understood our needs, and proposed a great solution - he then delivered it over two and a half days less than two weeks later. Joel and his colleague Chad were super professional, diligent, and took great care of our neighbours as well as us. They were friendly, and genuinely cared about their work. No big machines or noise - everything done carefully and meticulously by hand. They cleaned everything up after the job, and really did go the extra mile to get our project done - and at an amazing price too. A 100'+ double pipe french drain connected to a solid drainage pipe, a below surface overspill reservoir, together with down pipes buried and connected to the new drains for an incredibly reasonable price - more than 25% cheaper than other quotes received. I cannot recommend Joel and his team highly enough and look forward to working with them again when our next project is ready to implement.

The gravel was graded very well and was so compact that we will never have any structural issues with our slab. Cody also did demo and removal of an old garage that we had on the property. He is very experienced and had his job done well in advance for other contractors to be able to get in for their jobs. I would highly recommend Cody for any excavation, site prep, or demo needs.

"Call Taylin as soon as you decide to do something about the trees/bushes or whathaveyou. He's…read morebusy." TNT was recommended by my lawn service who is doing a great job for me. No surprise he's busy. He is capable, conscientious and thorough. The roofers who installed my $$$ standing seam metal roof recommended getting rid of a huge tangle of overhanging tree branches to prevent future problems-about 35-40' of problems. Taylin came when arranged to discuss, sent a reasonable estimate soon after, (very reasonable given the issue and inconvenience of the work involved), and then scheduled me. Best of all, he came when he said, did what he promised and went above and beyond: he and his partner cleared EVERYTHING they cut down. THEN cleaned up after themselves and neatened a path where they worked which was messy with leaves/mulch gone rogue--100% my bad. Professional Punctual Pleasant HIGHLY recommend But call Taylin as soon as you decide to do something...he's busy.

We were having some drain issues on a Sunday. Yeah, I know it was a weekend of all days, hence why…read moreI only contacted companies that took call, open 24 etc. I started with companies that had 5 star rating, let me be clear I was willing to pay a fair price. I happened to call Rollie's as they fit the criteria. From the minute the owner answered the call, he sounded annoyed. The longer the conversation went on I was feeling like i was a bother. He genuinely made the call uncomfortable, that I even asked if he wanted to do it (wants the business) and that I could get someone else. He made me feel like I was interrupting his Sunday, which I get I was, but it did say this business was 24/7 on call. He made sure to say it was going to cost me and that it was a 40 min drive; his tone was condescending. I had him on speaker and even my husband was appalled by his behavior. I decided to end the conversation with that I would get someone else, that he didn't seem like he really wanted my business. I ended up getting my problem fixed with a different company that had superior customer service from the first phone call all the way through to him walking out of my home with my problem fixed and at a way cheaper price than your quote. Customers don't want to feel like we are putting YOU out or that we are a bother. Customers don't need to put up with rude businesses. We can bring our money elsewhere. There was a legit reason why I needed it fixed on a Sunday. If you'd rather spend family time with no interruptions, might I suggest you close your business to weekdays only. Even if I were to have believed you that it was no problem, your tone suggested otherwise. I don't even think I could have trusted your work or the end price for that matter.
