In fairness I must update this review. I'll let you decide if they are worthy of redemption. Thanks…read moreto what I suspect is the power of a Yelp review, I received call not 12 hours later from Rob asking if he could come out and install the new sod the next day (today). I was ok with that because I wanted the yard to look nice for the holiday. This morning he called and said he couldn't get sod today because it had rained and it was too wet to cut it out. He could do it next week some time. Wanting grass along the house and realizing I wouldn't have it be the weekend, I asked if they could seed the area with grass. He quoted me a reasonable price and said he would have someone out in an hour. Paul and Jacob showed up within the hour. They prepared the site and seeded the area. They apologized for the lack of communication explaining that they were very busy as this was the first week the weather was good enough to plant grass. They were nice enough to seed another small area at no extra cost. The two men were very informative, polite, and knowledgeable. They told me everything I needed to do to care for the new lawn. They also said they would check back in a couple weeks to see how the new lawn was coming along. This job came with a satisfaction guarantee. I will be skeptical, but would use them again if there is an occasion. I would request Paul and Jacob to do the work.

My dad works for this company and he does a very good job with all the landscaping and everything…read more He takes me to work with him sometimes. He showed me the causes and effects of different situations when it comes to landscape. Although I can't say that I like Rob, he does what he has to do. The way that turf pro works is they do the more business properties before the residential. The reason that they might not have made it to you is because they have a lot of properties to finish with a lot of grass or snow. You will defiantly get work done faster if you own a business and you pay good money because it is money well spent.

Project - drainage and water removal from property in Green Bay…read more I contacted Joel and asked him for help - my basement kept getting flooded and we needed a solid drainage system to take water away from the home before it got into the foundations. Joel was very responsive, totally understood our needs, and proposed a great solution - he then delivered it over two and a half days less than two weeks later. Joel and his colleague Chad were super professional, diligent, and took great care of our neighbours as well as us. They were friendly, and genuinely cared about their work. No big machines or noise - everything done carefully and meticulously by hand. They cleaned everything up after the job, and really did go the extra mile to get our project done - and at an amazing price too. A 100'+ double pipe french drain connected to a solid drainage pipe, a below surface overspill reservoir, together with down pipes buried and connected to the new drains for an incredibly reasonable price - more than 25% cheaper than other quotes received. I cannot recommend Joel and his team highly enough and look forward to working with them again when our next project is ready to implement.

The team went above & beyond what was required. The communication is great w/ all employees. They really care about the homeowners they work for from start to finish. Had an issue after hours & they came out immediately taking care of it. Took a little off my bill for the inconvenience. The team were so kind to my dogs that they're going to miss having the team around. They made a make shift fence so that my dogs could still run around the backyard throughout the 3 1/2 wks of the project. I will definitely give them a call in the future for other projects!
