We hired them to take down 2 huge white pines next to the house. Not only did Wes communicate the best time based on weather, but he also showed up promptly. The team even offered to trim up the dead branches off a nearby tree. Other companies quoted me nearly double what AAW charged me for a day of work, and I couldn't be happier with the results. My husband left Kyle and Amanda a voicemail, which they responded to immediately. They went over to our house right away, where my mother (who was quite shaken up, understandably) was pet sitting while my husband and I were out of town. I am so thankful that they were able to give my mom peace of mind, as well as take care of anything urgent that night. They came back and spent the next day cutting up and piling branches. There were all sorts of other ways they helped out too, such as collecting and relocating lawn decor and bird feeders, taking pictures, and covering up broken windows. Kyle and Amanda are wonderful people who are clearly passionate about helping others. They even took extra time out of there day to cut out a large slab of the trunk of our tree to keep as a memory of our tree. Truly outstanding service and clean up was quick but tidy. Skid steer left some holes in the ground but before they left they did fill in the areas so it was level again. Would recommend!
