Their estimator arrived on schedule within a day or two after calling the office. While they can't say exactly when they will arrive to take care of your trees on the estimate, they do provide a promise to complete the work within a set period of time. Our jobs were not urgent, but in an emergency I would trust them to come quickly. In terms of tending to the trees, they are fast, efficient and totally professional. They have the equipment to handle huge trees in difficult situations (on steep terrain or close to structures). It may not be cheap to take down and remove large trees that are threatening to topple on the roof of one's home--but it's worth every penny and a costs lot less expensive repairing your house! However when I took photos to show them what was planted and asked if they guaranteed them I was told no. They told me I needed to water them 20 minutes 2 times a day that they would be fine. I am completely dissatisfied with that response I told them that they were just planted and brought to me this way. They still tried to reassure me they would be fine. I'm not convinced for that tree is yellow on the inside 3/4 of the way up. This thing is going to be so thin and ugly I'm beyond irritated every time I look out my window. I would recommend looking over any plants and trees before ever letting them plant them. One more thing even the receptionist said she wouldn't have wanted them either but she still had to tell me that they would be ok I get it it's her job.
