Their estimator arrived on schedule within a day or two after calling the office. While they can't say exactly when they will arrive to take care of your trees on the estimate, they do provide a promise to complete the work within a set period of time. Our jobs were not urgent, but in an emergency I would trust them to come quickly. In terms of tending to the trees, they are fast, efficient and totally professional. They have the equipment to handle huge trees in difficult situations (on steep terrain or close to structures). It may not be cheap to take down and remove large trees that are threatening to topple on the roof of one's home--but it's worth every penny and a costs lot less expensive repairing your house! When they came to pick it up made divots in the lawn about 6 inches deep and made no attempt to reverse their damage which cost me. But they did want their money. When I complained I got no response. But they got their money. Worse. Service. Ever. And I have had 3 trees taken off my property.
