They miss big clumps of tall grass and don't mow the entire small lawn. This morning they mowed a little better close to our property line where I have a chain link fence and flowerbeds. I found big chunks of grass blow into my beds and stuck to my fence about 2 1/2 feet up my fence. no, not just a little grass blown in, but the big chunks you clean off the bottom of your mower when you cut long wet grass. Therefore, I contacted Cut Above to voice my complaint. I heard excuses from Derrick, the customer requested biweekly service, they haven't showed them where to mow so they just mow the obvious. I guess what's obvious to the average person is not obvious to his crew. What I didn't hear is an offer to rectify it or an I'm Sorry, I'll make sure it doesn't happen again.
