Our search criteria was based on finding an experienced company who provided the following services: 1. Finding quality tenants including an application process and obtaining credit checks. 2. Responsible for collecting the security deposit and rents. 3. Performing home maintenance and answering emergency tenant calls 24 hours a day. We were also very pleased to find out that we could choose which services we wanted them to provide and that their management fee was based only on the services provided!
