We called him with a dead battery and he was at our house, with a new battery that he purchased on the way, within 30 mins. He quoted me 40 mins to get the work done and it took him 20. Never, ever in my life has roadside assistance beat their estimate! I am extremely grateful for his help. He left a couple keychains with his info on them and I have added it to my key ring. read more

My car was parked at the Sacrament Airport and realized had a flat tire while driving out. Ben responded very quickly and often update how far he is away from where I am. I was worried he could not find me and give me instructions to goggle him my location. Ben is thoughtful and caring reminding me not to drive over 55MPH and recommended couple tire shops that I could go. Most of all, the price is reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

I locked myself out of my car in a shopping parking lot. I called and no one picked up. To my pleasant surprise, I got a callback in a few seconds. In 20 minutes, he had come and unlocked my car with care, no damage! He explained everything, provided a receipt, and was respectful. He also complied with county covid-19 regulations. Would recommend this service if you ever lock yourself out! read more

When I got ready to go run some errands a couple days ago, I didnt know who to call when my battery died, couldnt start the car. I looked up on the web for a Roseville Roadside service and found iService Roadside assistance. It was my lucky day to talk to Ben, he looked up what battery size I needed gave me the price, etc. and when I decided it was a good price, he picked up the battery and arrived at my garage to remove the dead battery and install the new one. Then later that day I got a warning light that my tires were low in air, so again called Ben and he was here bright and early to air up my tires etc. Very efficient got both problems solved in record time. What a kind pleasant guy he is, you wont go wrong with Ben. He now is my Go To for anything that might come up in the future with my car. Very reasonable all the way around, good quality battery, and Timely in arrival and the quality of his work was excellent! Thank you Ben!!! read more

Very helpful! He returned my call promptly even though he was already closed and came to my work to jumpstart my car. All the parts stores were closed as it was the night before Thanksgiving. The next morning, Thanksgiving, he drove to the parts store, bought a new battery and came to my house to install it. Cannot say enough good things about how helpful, reliable and convenient this service was. Highly recommend and will use in the future! read more

I spoke with their customer service supervisor "Amber" who was extremely rude. I only wanted to know why one person quoted me an ETA of 20-25 and someone called me 20 minutes later stating it would be 25 again. The initial dispatcher disputed this with me which I didn't appreciate so I asked for a supervisor. Amber takes the call and told me "she was not rude to you, you may have taken it that way because she has a rough way of speaking" Really?? Amber then states "I kept saying the dispatcher was lying" to which my response was ... what are you talking about. The people here are extremely unprofessional. Customers should never be treated this way. The two stars is for the technician because he was very nice and professional. read more

Ben was fabulous, working with me to find me, since I was in a more obscure place than "normal" in Mtn View. I would rather pay him a little more to help me than ever allow those pervasive yellow trucks who believe they have a monopoly in Mtn View near my vehicle. Not only did Ellison's illegally tow my truck once, but they also did over $1500 worth of damage to it - denying it all, of course.
