She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on.
