This guarantee is posted everywhere and even advertised in big bold letters on their door. When I arrived 28 minutes later, I found there's no designated parking for curbside orders. So, I called and no answer. Went inside the store and there's only one cashier and a long line. No signs anywhere about curbside pick up or merchandise pickup. Waited in line 20 minutes and the cashier paged the online orders rep. She told me she would get my order and bring it back. She never returned. Asked for a manager who was not helpful and even seemed like he hated his job. They never found my order. This whole process took over an hour. All of the employees are like walking zombies, just existing and doing nothing. They appear to be unhappy with their job and leadership as well as the processes.
