The shoe department isn't as big as my favorite location but I still managed to find a couple pair of slippers, the clearance price for one pair was only $6.73! Lots of On Cloud and Hoka women's shoe options. Had a really good experience with the checkout line, I wish I could remember her name. Even though the shoes didn't ring up with the price on the box, she make the adjustment without any issues. In addition, she was savvy enough to know how to make split a credit card payment when using one of those annoying Visa gift cards and a regular credit card. Usually when those two issues occur, you get stuck in line forever - but with her it was a breeze!

She purchased one at the Nordstrom Rack on the first floor of the Fashion Outlets, but when we went downstairs and saw the Samsonite we took a spin and she decided to pick one there and return the other. As soon as we stepped in one of the employees greeted us and invited us to look around and offered help if necessary. When looking at a particular piece of luggage, he came over to offer help and talk about the various features, and pulled it down so my sister could take a closer look. They had a good price for it, so that's the one that she chose. They're Samsonite, so of course they had other pieces of nice luggage and I didn't realize that luggage now comes with built-in TSA-approved locks and that's pretty cool.

My friends laughing at me all the way. When I went to the store that I purchased the bag from (and it wasn't cheap) I was told I have to pay for shipping it to the service center for repair-- even though the tag on the bag claims an impressive warranty. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he threatened me with the words," either pay $20 to have it shipped to repair or get kicked out with your bag". After that he hung up and then called back to threaten me like he was going to arrest me using a very young security guard--don't go here! I never got a name from the attendant because they hide any information about their staff when people are upset. This is a far cry from those old commercials with the gorilla bouncing the bag around to prove how sturdy it is. Awful service, rude, and a demeaning manager. Nothing was offered me other than to pay for shipping. It was never made clear during the purchase that if something breaks--I pay the shipping. Disgusting! I thought I was making a moderate quality investment-- never will I buy Samsonite again, nor enter that establishment! Buy from Amazon, at least they allow you to return defective products!

He was…read morehonest with me and told me the way the zippers were built internally, it would be near impossible to replace. He told me to contact the manufacturer to get the zippers fixed or replaced. If they can't do it, he'll try to fix it. I instead contacted Amazon Asurion insurance program instead based on the cobbler's advice and they sent me a full gift card refund for my damaged bag in return that I must ship the damaged backpack back to them which I did and used the gift card refund from Asurion to buy a better backpack by Mardingtop that has YKK zippers. So I appreciate the cobbler's honest opinion and advice. I might come back to this place to see if I can get the soles of my Dr. Martens shoes replaced. Also they close early in the weekdays at 2:30PM not 5PM.

Some employees are great, others are rude (like the one in handbags who told me she couldn't help me return an item because she wasn't familiar with it. Another employee then told me I had to go upstairs to women's clothing. I don't know why the first person couldn't just tell me that I had to return it in the same department where I bought it). Also, trying to do returns here is annoying because they do want you to go to the right department, but rarely is there anyone at that counter. And if there is there is, often there's a long line, while another counter will be line-free but they won't help because the department is 10 feet away from the one that sells the product. (Does it not all just go to the same computer system? I don't get it.) The dressing room in the women's denim section is also kind of dingy. I always associated Macy's with a more designer experience, but it doesn't give those vibes at all. I'll stick to online orders and hopefully not need to return items. Order pickup was relatively easy when I did that for a Black Friday weekend, and their new in-store Starbucks looks nice. The fragrance department associates have been nice when I was browsing fragrances, albeit a little pushy. But, I get that they're trying to get the sale done and they have generally been helpful.

First, he mentioned the bag I am getting was the last piece (yet when I paid with Dina, Dina informed Giorgio they still have 4 in the storage, this she gave me a new stock. I also asked him if such bag is still part of the sale and he said yes, "I think its 20%" but again, Dina said its 40%. Dina explained to us that there is a code inside where we can register for the 5 year guarantee/ warranty which Dina did to my order. Dina asked him if he did it to my husband, he said, " they can go online and register thru their email". I am not sure if he was tired on that day or what.
