Fabulous finds at this store if you are a Kipling bag fan, like I am! I now own a Kipling rolling suitcase, 2 backpacks, and several cross body bags from Kipling. I use them everytime I travel and they perform well. I love the lasting quality of their bags, cute Kipling accessory key chains, easy to clean materials, and durable zippers. The bags easily organize my stuff too, with multiple pockets. Found several cute items on my last visit here, and they were on sale. My Kipling tip: Sierra stores often have a few Kipling bags on sale for cheap too. I always look for them in the purse section. read more

We really like Kipling's quality products. We have several bags that we use for travel and they are durable, versatile, and very useful with their various pockets, straps, and linings. It's very nice for us to have this franchise conveniently located in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. We came here with the kiddos as they are at the age now where they like having these small crossbody mini-bags and we let them shop to their content and we picked up a couple of mini-bags at a nice discount. Melania was the friendly and helpful young lady staffer patiently showing the kiddos what was available and what was on sale, and going back to the stockroom to pick out a new item (if available) instead of the display model. These mini-bags were marked down from $54 to $17.28 each, and that was a nice compounded 60% and 20% sale that was going on. Big thumbs up and thank you Melania for your help today! read more

This store is a small one but they pack a whole lot of the good stuff in here. Today they were giving out 30-60% off of select items. There were so many to choose from. I love Kipling. So many pretty colors and styles. I have many types of bags and backpacks. The best item I own is the luggage with the four spinner wheels. Good for 3-4 days getaway and the essentials women take along with them just in case. Employees are nice and super helpful. If I'm ever back in Chicago, I'll be sure to make a stop here. read more

Ok buyer beware.....my wife and I bought a nice light weight backpack for 75.00 and thought ok great its super "lightweight ". That was enough until she tried using it and found that the exterior pockets only have one zipper meaning you have to open the entire zipper to get anything, two zippers would have been best so we decided to return it ( two weeks later) at the store I was told they only accept returns on items with all tags still attached! Maybe I don't shop enough but that seems like a good way for Kipling to ensure NO one makes returns or I'm just out of the return policy loop. I've never experienced this before and it won't happen again for my family at any of their stores. read more
