In hired Irrigation Repair Services to fix irrigation sprinkler system because of blocked/broken lines. Worker recommended replacement of main valve / vacuum breaker upon initial inspection. I approved commencement of the work. Two hours later the worker said he had completed repairs and must leave and presented me with a $905.00 bill. I later realized that nothing had been done on the irrigation lines whatsoever. He had switched out the main valves and reduced my irrigation lines from 4 down to 2, but my Orbit was still running 4 lines at main control? All of my drip line heads had been turned off during the work but not returned to watering by the technician prior to his departure . That's important to know in this heat. You could lose all your landscaping. Nothing had changed. When I requested assistance from owner, Lance, he said he would come and inspect personally. A day before scheduled appointment he advised he would not be attending and original worker would be over to address my concerns.. I expressed the fact that I felt I was placed in an uncomfortable situation, having to deal with the same worker I originally had challenges with. I asked Lance if further remuneration was expected for any work to finish the job and he advised the original worker would assess the situation and make that determination. Based upon my existing experience with the worker, (who had advised me that he could complete any additional required work on the side at a reduced rate) I advised Lance that if any further payment was going to be demanded to complete the work they were hired for then to just cancel appointment. I next received a cancellation of appointment message via email from the Company. I priced out the materials used in the replacement of the valve and vacuum breaker at $200.00 cost retail. Based on the two hours spent on my system at a charge of $905.00 it appears that the companies labor rate averages $350.00 Per Hour. To add insult to injury, my existing valve was operational...perhaps not up to par, but it was not what I needed repairs on currently. The sprinkler system was what I hired them to repair. And the job was never completed. in the end, owner Lance was cavalier and condescending and could care less as it appears to me. Swindled and Sorry! read more

Lance and his team were referred to me by a trusted friend to locate repair a leak in a tricky location for my elderly parents. Lance was prompt to schedule and David showed up 20 minutes early. Outstanding service, honest and trustworthy, and the area looked like he was never there. Will definitely call IRS again when the system needs maintenance. read more

I don't think I could be happier with my experience with IRS. Troy was FABULOUS-expert, SO HELPFUL, but also a VERY NICE person. He solved all of the problems we were having with our system and did so for a reasonable price. This will be my service provider for our irrigation system going forward. VERY NICELY DONE IRS!!! Thank you. read more

Have been using IRS for quite a few years and David has always done an excellent job of doing a diagnosis of our drip system. Had to have him come out as one of our drip stations was watering even after the time/day was completed. He was fast and efficient in determining what was wrong and quote a very fair price to complete the job and finished in about 40 minutes. Lance handled my phone call as I could not determine which category to advise for our issue but their website does allow book an appointment online. Thanks for the great service! read more

We had a sprinkler head with a cracked body and leaks in the drip system supply line. Dave came out, not only was he on time, but he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early. Very nice guy, obviously knew what he was doing, and resolved all of our problems in under an hour. No upsell, or anything like that. Very professional, the communication and use of text for updates and email for receipts was fantastic. Thanks Dave and Lance! read more

Just went through the quote process with this company. The individual seemed very confrontational from the start and made it clear he was not here to repair. The individual wanted answers on existing system that I did not know and when I could not provide the answers he was upset and very condescending. After I told him we just wanted to replace front yard drip lines and sprinklers - he told me they would not be able to do the work because they have a 1800 dollar minimum which was the first I heard of this. What was frustrating from a customer point of view was there was zero input, suggestions or vision on how the job would benefit our landscape needs from this individual. The whole experience seemed like a money grab. read more

David from IRS took care of our problem (leak beneath our driveway) quickly and competently. Will definitely use them again when the creeping doom that lurks beneath our land returns for vengeance. read more

I am posting pictures because I wouldn't believe my review neither. These guys are the real deal. Lance is to the point, follows through with exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the installation. We have owned 5 homes and never experienced this level of professionalism. I usually have to clean up all the PVC shavings and scraps.....none here!. Purple and blue glue is always everywhere....Not here. Look at the clean lines and exact amount of glue. If you need irrigation work, call Lance now. If you need to see the workmanship, call or message me. read more

I've been using Irrigation Repair Services (IRS) for years and they have always provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. Lance and Troy have saved me hours of digging and have been to our home several times over the last 6 years and have always been very professional and they always make sure any and all leaks are repaired before work is done. I would highly recommend IRS to anyone needing any type of irrigation work done, because they also offer a very fair price. read more

I've had them do work for me two different times. Very prompt and get the work done. Quickly easy to deal with and they get it done the first time. read more

I was referred to this company by my coworker after gathering quotes from other places and none seemed to resonate with me. I am very happy I went with I.R.S. They communicated thoroughly through the process. Lance was fantastic to work with. They arrived promptly when they said they would. We had a delay in our repair and it was immediately communicated as well as an expected completion time. Again right on schedule. They even do a thorough walk through and answer all of your questions. We have smart home tools and Lance walked my husband through how to update the app to the new system. I would say they went above and beyond and will refer them to anyone seeking irrigation repair. read more

Have used them a few times for irrigation leaks. Hard to schedule them, sometimes takes weeks for them to come.

Called IRS to have them come out to do an estimate for a new Irrigation system and emitters. Service technican David came out and reviewed the work and was charged $85 for a diagnostic/service fee. Online it states that "repair" service calls have a trip and diagnostic fee, however this was not a repair call. I have had 3 other companies out for estimates NONE charged any kind off. This fee is very deceiving and does not say anything about an estimate. Left a very sour taste in my mouth. read more

Called IRS on a Tuesday to get a quote for replacing my 18 year old drip system, sprinklers, trail lights and was able to schedule an appointment with Lance that Friday. Lance showed up on time and was very professional. We talked about all the needs and he wrote up a quote later that day. I liked quote so we pulled the trigger on it. Lance and his crew came out the following Thursday and had the job completed the next day. They were all very professional and friendly. Didn't leave my yard a mess. They were very tidy. Highly recommend IRS. Lance knows what he is doing. Thanks again!! read more

The best! Fast, friendy, professional services. VERY courteous and polite. I went from fracked to fixed in an hour. Thanks IRS! (Never thought I'd say that!) read more

First experience was great! A girl used to take calls and handle all logistics and spent time to find the root cause and fixed the issue during my first engagement. But this time, when I called, I was asked to explain the issue I have and without doing any diagnostics, I was asked to book a 4 hour window to replace the valves. All IRS was trying to do was get their 4 hour window to get maximum out from their customer without even doing a diagnostic. What if the issue is not with the valves! My only point was to do a diagnostics for which I was ready to pay the service fee. Only thing that came out of IRS was to book a 4 hr service window. When I asked about it, the topic got changed to a different one just to avoid this and put the blame on me. Anyways, I wouldn't use them anymore. read more

i would definitely not hire this company. I had IRS install a new irrigation system last month. Within two weeks I had a large water leak running down my driveway which my neighbors pointed out. it turns out that while they were putting in the system they severed the hose from my water softening system. i apparently have a warranty but they refuse to acknowledge they did it even though there has never been a problem before. I now have to call a plumber to come in and do an expensive repair and installation. read more

Bad Day for Lance over at IRS -- Reached out to get some repairs done on my water irrigation system. Lance reached out to me via email to let me know he wasn't able to get me that week but next following week. I reached out to Lance @ IRS and he was prompt with every email but later you will find he does not read emails thoroughly. After few emails back and forth trying to get something scheduled the end result was that nobody showed up. Lance says, "For us to schedule an appointment we need an address we cannot be there right exactly at 9 AM the best we can do is a two hour window 9 AM to 11 AM it would be so much Faster if you would call him to schedule the appointment if we keep going back-and-forth through email appointment will disappear" If Lance read the email through he would've seen my address on the previous emails. I do not call repair techs either as that is not my job to do so. His job is to make sure it's scheduled and follow through so we have an understanding. He completely ignored nor confirmed the time after I gave the Ok. My response to his email afterwards, "Lance I put the address in the last email but ill put it in this one: (My address typed out again) 9a - 11a is fine on May 17th See you then" Needless to the say - nobody showed up. Emailed Lance - he said he didn't schedule any one to come and this his recommendation was to call the office. If he read his previous email - he would've already seen that I agreed to his time and again I do not call repair techs. If this is how you run your business, it needs major improvements when it comes to communication. If you have a mis-understanding of what is going on - then maybe you should stop using emails as a source because obviously communicating through it -is not your forte. I recommend next time you put a little more effort in people interested in your services. Maybe just try sticking to phone calls when it comes to scheduling. I'm sure you'll get better results. I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 because you were at least prompt with your emails and you didn't even provide service. Also, when I asked you not to contact me again - You still did with a "thumbs up" emoji - Real classy. I need to remind you that you are not the only one that does these repairs so keep on with that and it wont get you far. read more

Irrigation Repair Services is amazing. We had an urgent same day request due to the closing on our house and they came out right away and took care of it. I sent them an e-mail online and Lance Lance gave me a call right away, we discussed the issue and he took time to get us scheduled same day! Lance was great at communicating with me throughout my work day of when his Omar would be arriving, Omar gave me a call with his estimated arrival time. Omar was so nice, respectful and made the yard look as if it has never been dug up, gladly it was an easier fix and less than an hour we were all on our way. Our realtor commented on how respectful and great the work was completed and took some information for other clients. We will definitely be calling them for our next job! I can't thank them enough for coming out and taking care of it so quickly. read more

Lance was great to work with, very thorough and work was superb ! Lance met up to go over our plans for the irrigation installation and was extremely helpful. This is our first house and it was very nice for him to answer all of our questions and give us advice. I highly recommend, very professional work and we are very satisfied with the installation! read more

I would highly recommend this service. Great job all around. read more

This company is an absolute rip off ! They charge 85$ for just less than 5 minutes of diagnostics. After diagnosis, they give extremely high estimate for actually job. Troy was great (the guy who did the work), but the owner is condescending and unprofessional. Had David from IRS Inc. out to check out a problem with our irrigation. He was great. Came out the day after we called and had the system all repaired in an hour and a half. Appreciated that Lance showed up on time, and wearing a mask like us. High quality tubing, technology aware, we hired Lance's cop pant to replace our irrigation system that was originally installed in 2006. We would highly recommend this company, they did top notch work, cleaned up after the job was done, and took the time to give us some help and tips running our new b-hyve controller. Fair price, we look forward to the system lasting many years longer than our old, thinner tubing system that had chronic leaks! Thank-you! read more

I've had 3 other sprinkler companies already not fix my issues. The first review I have ever given! Most professional sprinkler repair company I have ever dealt with. Lance was extremely professional in setting up an appointment with David to service our irrigation issues. All grass, drip, and gardening irrigation stopped working properly. Wasn't sure if it was a pressure issue with the city of Phoenix or an irrigation issue. It took David literally two seconds to diagnose the issue and had us back up in running in just a couple of hours! Very experienced, nice, and professional. Can't thank them enough. Would not use again. Lance kept me informed of time when he would come and on his way. Showed up and was very unprofessional in my opinion. He did do the right thing and gave me a did receive a $55 after posting this. read more
