How do you do an event and the venue manager Landri is no where to be found the day before and the…read moreday of the event. No one to talk to for missing cocktail tables as agreed for event. No one to talk to for the chairs needed for the event. No one to help with AC regulations as it got extremely hot at the bathroom area and even in the ballroom itself during the event. Bartender missing and no one to give guests the simplest thing like water. Guests had to start getting water from the bar themselves, because no one was there at the time. No one to coordinate with helping to fix the dance floor but for the maintenance guy we had for find ourselves. Once money changes hands, professionalism is expected. This venue was paid in full way before the event. How do you react to an event space that makes your entire event so stressful that I entirely regret using them in the first place. We did our part through and through in terms of making sure payment was made at the time discussed. We had to keep walking to the hotel right beside them to ask questions and have them fulfill what was agreed on their contract. The celebrant was so unhappy. If I could give zero stars I would, but for google. Please go and look into how to handle events properly and avoid guests from being even more stressed out than they already are

Since I was on a budget, I was meeting with many florists and comparing them. Lisa was so fantastic to work with. You give her basic information so she has an idea or can see if she's available. Then she meets with you one on one to which I really enjoyed meeting with her. She is so knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and totally worked with my budget. After my initial meeting with her, I immediately connected with her. It's important for the bride to like their florist and connect with them. Lisa didn't even make me feel pressured to go with her and was so sweet and understanding. I ended up selecting her to provide my bouquet, bridemaid bouquets, boutonnieres for mothers, centerpiece roses and rose petals for the aisle. If she isn't working on the weekends due to weddings, she is very responsive but you do have to follow up if an answer is needed. I really trusted her to provide input with some of my designs and she totally got my vision. To save costs we were able to pick up everything on the day of especially since it didn't require much set up. I highly recommend working with lisa.
