Sophia at the front desk was great! When you find someone at the front desk who seems to know something I think that's a good sign. She was very attentive to my room requests and helped me with little things, such as my dry cleaning requests. There's a bar located across from the front desk that's open until 10:00pm. They have a wide selection of standard bottled beers and spirits. You can drink at the bar or you can purchase drinks and take them up to your hotel room. The hotel rooms have been renovated and were nice. There's no picture artwork on the walls nor in the bathroom so overall the room is pretty plain and slightly drab. The desk in the room is located directly under the TV, so you have to move your chair back quite a bit to see the TV. The room I stayed in was a double queen. Four people could sleep here comfortably. If needed, you could definitely fit a twin rollaway bed in the room. There is a lot of room to put your luggage, but only two small drawers and a small closet the size of a tiny shower stall. Overall my stay in the hotel room at night was quiet for the most part. The hotel guest above me walked pretty hard so it sounded like a lumberjack walking above me. So if that bothers you, like it annoyed me, request a room on the 4th floor which is highest floor. Luckily he or she went to sleep early. The fitness room has some light weights, treadmills, bike machine and is open 24 hours. Parking is free. Restaurants are nearby but if you aren't used to walking it'll be a stretch. There's an H&M on the other side of the shopping center. Walgreens, HEB, and Walmart are all within close driving distance.

Hotel website says there is a fee to park

This Courtyard by Marriot is on Park Row Dr in Addicks Tx. The location charges a smal fee for parking. It is supposes to include breakfast and a Starbucks, but was not open the entire time of my stay. The entrance in front after 11p is locked and the key swipe does not work if no one is at the front. My room was a king size, spacious, and nice view. It was not cleaned properly as there were rose petals on the floor under the bed. IAH (Bush international) is about a 40 minute ride depending on traffic. There is a nearby smaller airport. Downtown houston is about 20 mins. Be careful booking thru Booking.com bc they advertise free parking, free breakfast, etc but it is not true for this hotel.

I specifically chose this hotel for the "no pets" policy. The front desk staff are very welcoming. But didn't share any information about the hotel at all. I was handed my cards and sent on my way. Being an elite member is quite pleasurable. Upgraded to a large suite. However, it smelled absolutely terrible?! My allergies seriously flared up. Discovered they do not vacuum or shampoo carpet, ever. To have floors vacuumed must be requested. I gather they aren't aware carpet breeds the greatest indoor health hazards. They should be shampooed at least once a year. I wiped every surface to protect myself. I discovered several areas with a white substance on the walls? Pointed it out to the maid, she took the same towel she wiped the floor and wiped the wall?! I wiped with wet cloth came right off? But I wasn't about to clean the entire soiled areas. Then on my 3rd night I decided to eat M&M's and chips from their market. Within 2 hours I woke up violently ill. The next day I was sick all day. Made an effort to address it with management, no response. Unfortunately, my house was still not ready and I had to stay a full 7 days. Three weeks later, I'm still sick from the filth. First and last visit. But the most disgusting and quite disturbing was the harassment by the general manager? After my check out I completed a survey I received. I was factual and truthful. Next thing I know I received an email from the general manager? She minimized how she didn't charge me for the M&M's and chips. No apology for getting sick. That wasn't warranted. But concerning the uncleanliness, she apologized and will address it with her team. That is none of my business? This email was harassing and threatening? I filed a complaint with Bonvoy.

Zoomed out view on the whole room

Place was very clean and was so worth the money! The beds are comfortable and the front desk lady is sweet!

    This is good stuff.

Super clean and modern. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room was very clean. They seem to not clean rooms daily. Wish I had been told.

Nice new Res Inn. Good clean and quiet rooms. Full kitchens. Great location for us, too--right near family. We'll be back.

After meeting with Sarah we were hooked. The rooftop offers a beautiful city vibes area with lights, second floor is surrounded with windows to see the gardens area and the beautiful tree and the 1st floor gives you that industrial vibe. This venue was more than we could have ever imagined. Both the bride and groom suite was so well decorated and designed ; we had so much fun getting ready with our friends in there. All of the venues owners are absolutely amazing and answered all of my annoying questions lol. I am a florist/ wedding decorator myself and this place was so easy to add to and enhance the space. I would 1000% recommend booking Bowery for your wedding/ event. I need to have another event soon so I can come back Thank you guys X100 for everything Thea + Andy

First Level: Ceremony Space!!! This is a lovely space. If you are sitting in the back, it may be a bit hard to see and hear. But I think if you bring in your own DJ, the sound may be your responsibility?? The Rustic look of the ceremony space is beautiful and did I mention that it is covered. It technically indoor/ outdoor. Half of the first floor is walled off and the other half allows for a nice breeze to flow. Not to mention that they have a large fan under the pavillion. Second Level: The reception! Parrrrrtay anyone!!! This level is accessible via the elevator or the stairs. This room is large enough to fit circle, square, and oblong shaped tables. It is also large enough to fit the dinner buffet in it as well and a bar area. The restrooms on this floor is limited, but no worries, if they are occupied, you can easily go to another floor! Third Level: Rooftop... Woooohoooo!!! This rooftop is beautiful and spacious. This is accessible via elevator and via stairs. The set up included cocktail tables and minimal seating. Also, there are a few outdoor/patio umbrellas, but when the sun is out, man this place is hot!!! So, just be ware. If you have a summer time event, please wait until the sun goes down or provide plenty of coverage. There is also a bar set up on this level. In essence, this is a nice venue for a wedding or a swanky party. It looks like they give their hosts flexibility with decor, food, and DJ. The best part of it all is that it is a stand alone and has its own parking.

I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.

We also can't thank our coordinator Stephani enough for such a seamless and beautiful wedding. We both have been beaming and on cloud 9 since then. So many people in our bridal party kept commenting how "awesome your coordinator is! WOW She's on top of it!" And I attribute that to why I was able to enjoy the night as thoroughly as I was. Stephani truly is A+++ at her job. She made us both feel so taken care of and brought items (vases/signs) from her own personal arsenal to enhance our special day. We won't forget Agave or our coordinator- they facilitated so much joy and memories we will always cherish!

The walls were high enough to keep out any outside noise from the nearby road. Once inside, you feel like you are in another place that has no outside sounds. We were worried about hearing cars on the road or the construction, but the walls were perfect and keeping the noise out even for our outdoor ceremony. We did the all inclusive package and we have no regrets! We had so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful it all was and that is all because of Julie Polk, our Coordinator, and the wonderful staff at Agave. Julie made our experience so easy and she allowed us to relax and enjoy the day! She was absolutely fantastic, and I can't say enough about her! She made our day beautiful and stress free! I don't know many brides who can say that! And she had to deal with two brides for our wedding. She did so with grace, patience and understanding. And we loved her for that! She is wonderful in taking our ideas and providing us with guidance on our vision for the wedding and making it happen! Elaine Johnston did our stunning flowers and mantle pieces! I would recommend her for ANY event that you need flowers for!! Cakes by Gina made the most delicious and beautiful cake and cupcakes! Ivan Rojas was our amazing DJ and MC for the night and kept the dance floor full! He was so helpful in our request and accommodations needed!! We already want to through another big party, just to hire him again!! PJ Daranikone was our photographer and videographer and we can't wait to see our pictures and videos! He was so fun and easy to work with! I am so glad we got to work with him!! Two Forks Catering made the most delicious plated dinner for our guest and even provided a special meal just for Sandy and me during our dinner! Best part was we were provided to-go plates to eat once we got home!! That was such an awesome thing for them to do! All in all....I would recommend Agave Estates and the all inclusive package every single time to anyone looking! I'm they are worth every penny and truly make you feel important and truly want to make your event everything you ever could dream about!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE Agave Estates!!! Thank you for being inclusive and making our wedding day magical!!!
