The produce was well organized, and there were several employees restocking the shelves as we shopped. For this week, I wanted to get ingredients to make California rolls, Banh Mi, Beef Pho, Spring Rolls, and Hot Pot, and was able to find all of the ingredients I needed here except for the French baguette for the banh mi. However, since it's right across the street from an HEB, it wasn't a major inconvenience. We also picked up some pantry items like snacks, tea, and instant ramen, and they had a really good selection of items to choose from. Overall, I'm happy to have anotrrrhueuoyroyoutoutoor Asian grocery store in the Katy area to choose from, and the prices are comparable to 99 Ranch and Hmart. This is a truly gargantuan shopping centre, with so much stuff that it's hard to get your head around it, or your legs even in Barbi's case. Massive big box stores and all kinds of food and delights, you could spend a long time in this plaza and never get through it all. It's basically a strip mall but it seems like it's about two miles long and twice the size in every regard to any normal strip mall. Make that 10 times the size than most of them. It's magical but watch out for the crazy drivers, and I really do mean crazy, especially by Katy standards, although pretty normal by Houston standards.
