The fried rice itself also had a strong burnt/bitter taste and didn't have the flavor I've gotten from you before. I'm not trying to disrespect anyone or complain just to complain. I can barely respond in time until he speaks again or asks the question over. I asked him to slow down when picking up an order today. He said okay, but kept speaking at rapid machine gun rate. Here's the problem: He makes the customer feel rushed when there is no need. As a result, the customer interaction becomes unpleasant and even somewhat disrespectful. I know that's not his intention, but I can tell you that I would prefer to speak to another person if that option is available. I was picking up at an order around 11:30 am on Wednesday morning and there was only one another customer who was waiting for her pickup order. The restaurant was empty.
