Cougar worked with us cooperatively and after some further investigation, he came up with a new solution that necessitated working with our roofing contractor, who he worked with closely. The solution was to create a new external drain that turned out to be a great permanent fix. Cougar was very cooperative, proactive, and flexible as the project evolved. Along with that work, we threw some things on his plate that we didn't anticipate (like having him patch holes in walls made by electricians running wires, and solving a tricky problem with mounting ceiling fans on tongue-and-groove), and Steve made sure to get everything done on time, even with a tight schedule due to painting. I was around most of the time doing smaller house projects, and I watched him bust his butt those days, and he even came by on July 4 and the weekends to do the more quiet work to ensure it would all be done on time.
