I was greeted warmly and as a new client, given a tour of the salon. Ludovi, my stylist, took such good care of me! First was my wash which was done in a spa like room. After my wash, my head was wrapped in a hot towel. Included in the service was essential oils and a hand massage. It was relaxing. Ludovi listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. All the while being very engaging with flowing conversation. I was so happy with the end result, not having my hair cut professionally for a year or so. 5 stars!

They didn't use the same products an my hairdresser back home, but they assured me it would be no problem. When I got home and my hair dried ( I never blow it dry, it's too curly) It was too dark. I calmly thought I'll give it a few days a washing, some beach time and see. It definitely was too dark. I called up. Bethany the owner took me right away and adjusted the colour. It looked good. I was really happy and was going to write a review. Yes, they should make it right when they said it they could, but often businesses don't. When they do, often it is grudgingly. They were completely the opposite. The next day they called back to check if I was happy or needed any adjustment. This is the way to run a service business!!!
