Well....you not only answered but I was in heaven when I left the salon. Amen to you my new hairstylist for LIFE!!!. Your are a master of your craft and I literally could not stop looking at myself in my rearview during my 35 min drive back to Boca. And the admiration of your work continued when I came home and went from room to room, mirror to mirror looking at the work of art you created with your skillful hands and artful mind. New York's loss is definitely Palm Beach's gain and it will not be long before you are no longer the best kept secret in town. Thank you again for the BEST cut and color I have ever had here in South Florida. And a BIG shoutout to all of you at Vertu Salon for making me feel so welcome as a new guest. I knew from the moment I walked into the salon my long wait was finally over, and any and all thoughts of giving up on South Florida hairstylists and flying north to NY went completely out the door as soon as I exited yours. See you soon Xxoo

She not only is experienced, talented, and makes sure every client leaves satisfied but she is the most genuine, caring, funny wonderful woman I've ever talked to! We get along so well. I finally found the hairdresser I will continue to be loyal to until the day I move out of Florida. A business leader will do a great job and get the money they deserve, but Beth does more than just a fabulous job, she takes her time to write out a letter to her clients and send a sweet message to their house!! I thought that was amazing and definitely showed her commitment to me as well as her passion as a hairdresser. Today, I've built a bond with Beth and no longer consider her my "hairdresser", she is my friend. I 100% recommend!!

Is it my fault the appointment before me was late? Did the girl who did my hair even have a beautician license? Seriously, it took her 7.5 hours to braid my hair. I booked an appointment at Hollywood glam Studios thinking that I would get a professional…read moreexperience because based on Instagram it appears that way. I purchased bundles priced at $155 (18,20,22,24 inches) from the beauty supply store. When I sat down in the stylist chair I showed her a video of what I wanted my hair to look like. It was a simple bond in middle part with layers. while she was doing my hair, I was on my laptop, completing my classwork. thinking I could trust her fully with my hair. I was wrong. I looked up , and she cut 95% of my extensions off. It was cut right underneath my earlobes as if I booked a bob. I immediately told her the hair was way too short. I tried to be understanding, and hold my composure as she tried to fix it by adding thin pieces of leftover hair they had from other girls previous hair appointments. She was able to make it look decent. I paid my money and I even left a tip because a girl expressed to me she was having an off day. The next day, I had a photo shoot for professional photos, and realized that my hair looked like two different hairstyles because of the thickness of the part that she cut into a bob and the thin pieces of hair. I reached out to the owner, she invited me to come back for another stylist to "fix" my hair. When came back I expressed to the other stylist that I do NOT want a short haircut. I was hoping they could just take the hair off and add another bundle and give me the hairstyle that I originally booked. When I told her I do not want my haircut and I want it taken off and adding more hair so I could have the length that I originally wanted before they cut it all off. She let me know that the owner told her to "even my hair out". Mind you this owner of this salon also sells hair. It could've just been a simple fix. Just redo my hair. It's like going to a restaurant getting the wrong order, and the restaurant refusing to give you the right order. It just doesn't make sense. I will not come back here . Im gonna leave photos in the comments of what I wished for, and what I got because it's just not acceptable. Spending $295 to be unhappy with your service is distasteful.

And then I won twice because I found the owner, Stephanie, who researches hair loss, hair products, and skin and make-up products. She was well aware of my problem with see-through scalp and recommended products that I am anxiously awaiting for today. She doesn't sell the products herself, though she could I'm sure, and recommends the internet sites where you can get the product less expensively. She gave me an amazing keratin treatment that will strengthen my damaged hair. She also gave me a couple of snips that have made my hair look a bit fuller when I blow dry it. All done expertly!! What is really nice going to Harmony Hair, though, is that Stephanie is her own boss. It's a small, but full-service hair salon, so when you are there, you are there with Stephanie, and she is with you from the shampoo through to the blow dry.
