Owned for a couple of years, still serves us well.

I'm a caregiver for my husband and I can tell you that vacuuming the floor can be work. A regular one does not work on Hardwood Flooring unless.. You buy one specifically for it. This one works on all surfaces, even the porch! The one I have is a blessing. Because since my husband is in a hospital bed, sometimes the crumbs get on the floor underneath the bed. Roomba helps real well with not only upkeeping under his bed but throughout the house, especially in the bedroom. I don't use any apps but sometimes I have to nudge Roomba by putting my feet in it's way to go in the right direction to sweep under the bed. They are a little pricey but for the convenience they provide its 100% worth the purchase price.

    Roomba!

Was looking for a gift for a kid. They have a small section upstairs but a lot of custom stuff. A few options I could have gone with but it was too pricey. I had seen something online hoping maybe the store had it but they did not. A lot of sales people upstairs felt like I couldn't really enjoy a browsing experience especially since I wasn't trying to invest in anything big. The prices are very high here and their clearance section isn't the greatest. Unfortunately couldn't find anything I wanted to purchase and wouldn't return. $45 for kids bathrobe. $30 for small dinosaur stuffy.

These stocked, displayed items amounted to $74, a fraction of the thousands I've spent at Crate and Barrel over the past year. The manager Sarah was especially rude and unhelpful, and while we planned to shop for different items, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

RETURN OF THE WALNUT PANCAKE…read more A couple of weeks ago, I bought a beautiful walnut dining table from Joss & Main. There was only one problem: it was enormous. I had somehow convinced myself that a 54-inch round table was exactly what I needed for mahjong. It wasn't. My friends were practically launching tiles across the table because nobody could reach the middle. By the end of our first game, one of my friends was actually uncomfortable from reaching. My gorgeous new table had become what I affectionately started calling the walnut pancake. It was beautiful, but it simply wasn't going to work. So I called Joss & Main, and eventually I reached Adele in the Specialized Supervisor department. That's where the story changed. Adele didn't just listen--she took ownership. She helped arrange the return and found a smaller, more rustic table that actually fits both the room and the ski-lodge feeling I've created in my home. She understood what I was trying to accomplish, and suddenly the conversation wasn't simply about returning furniture. It was about finding the right solution. Later, when the logistics became complicated, I connected with Tiffany, the Executive Manager on Wayfair's Executive Service team. We had a fascinating conversation about leadership, culture, customer experience, and what I call the last 50 yards--that critical point where everything a company has promised finally has to come together for the customer. Tiffany listened, engaged honestly, and stayed with the problem until it was resolved. And then came Marco and Nelson. "We're the Rebel Team," they told me when they arrived to pick up the table. I don't know whether they gave themselves that name or someone else did, but I loved it. They were charming, funny and kind. They played with my dog, chatted with me, found the tools they needed, carefully took apart my pristine walnut pancake, and made the final moments of the experience genuinely enjoyable. They reminded me of something I've believed throughout my career: everyone who touches the customer owns a piece of the brand. Sometimes the last people a customer sees leave the most lasting impression. Great companies aren't made great because nothing ever goes wrong. Things go wrong in every organization. What matters is what happens next. Wayfair and Joss & Main have some terrific people, and over the course of this experience I met several of them. Adele, Tiffany, Marco and Nelson each played a different role, but each demonstrated something worth recognizing: ownership, kindness, follow-through, and a desire to get to the right outcome. Those are the behaviors strong cultures identify, celebrate and reinforce. The last 50 yards matter--and when they're filled with people who care about getting the customer across the finish line, they can change the entire story.

It's nice to walk around and see things on display so you can visually picture it in your own home,…read moreetc. before having to commit to buying something online. I couldn't help but notice how beige, white, brown, or black everything was. Literally 0 pops of color. There was 1 green velvet material swivel chair, but other than that, all the couches, pillows, decor pieces, everything were so plain that the whole store was missing personality. I do appreciate the massive floor to ceiling windows so the natural light coming in was phenomenal and really added a nice ambiance to everything as you walk around. The staff was also very kind.

I have always had great service and if they do not have a certain size filter in stock, they are always glad to make one to a customers specifications. I now have a new Carrier Infinity central air system and it is time for me to order a box of filters for the main unit inside the home. As I get a little confused with ordering on line, I will call tomorrow or the next day they are open and order my filters. It is only a 25 minute drive from Peabody and every time I pick my filters up in Burlington, I am always treated with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, and they are more than delighted to answer any questions that I have. I will be calling for my pleated filters in a day or so. Just something I might add as this is the first time I have actually looked this business up on line. I noticed that this business is VETERAN OWNED. This is all the more that I wish to give my business to this place. I stand by every veteran who has sacrificed for the privilege of my freedom and I am honored to make my purchases here.
