He treated my house inside and out, and let me know that if I see any bug in 5 days to call and he'll come back out for free. The products were itemized on my receipt as a summary alone with his specific cell number. To top it off, they had a 30% off coupon via Yelp. After a search on Yelp I gave Dan at Mahogany Flats Pest Control a call and left a message. He called back in a timely manner and I told him the history of the ants. Even though it was a busy time of year for him, as soon as he heard there was a baby in the house he made time to come treat the house for ants. All my questions were answered thoroughly and patiently, I'm sure he gets the same questions all the time! There's a very clear and fair warranty. GREAT PRICING! Also made sure he used treatments that were safe with the baby around. Even took the time to explain why the ants came back, how to get rid of the entire hive for good and what to expect after the treatment. He told me if they weren't gone in two weeks to call back for a second treatment. He came the next day after I called. Showed him the pictures, he said that we had a pretty bad infestation. You see, you must let the ants eat the bait and take it back to the queen ant. When she dies, they pretty much all die. As you can see from the pictures it was very difficult not to just kill all of them right there. In the end it worked, we've been ant-free since the second treatment.

They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. After Jeff installed the cage around the vent on the roof and removed the traps, the noise had stopped and I thought the problem was gone. However, the noises came back. The noise is intermittent and not every day. I called Jeff again August 25 and he came back out the next day. Since it had been two months, we had to pay the initial fee all over again. He didn't remember me until he was on his way out to the house, but I understand he deals with many customers. He checked around the roof again and saw no points of entry. Only a very small hole near the gutters. He thought it must be mice and did throw the poison we already had up in the attic opening for me. He didn't set traps because he might catch a random squirrel that isn't the attic resident (and we would have to pay per animal that is trapped). He also didn't seem like he could climb up into the attic opening. The noise seemed to go away again, but now I keep hearing something off and on at least four times since he was here. The noise is usually during the day and doesn't sound like mice to me, but of course it rarely makes noise when someone else is around. Jeff is a nice guy and I appreciate him coming out, but I am at a loss as to what to do since my problem still isn't resolved. I am not saying I would not recommend him, but for my particular issue, I need someone that can actually get into the attic and assess exactly what has taken up residence in there. It gives me a very uneasy feeling not knowing what it is or what sort of damage it is doing.
