This morning my long-time tenants let me know that an exterior bird nest infestation in the eaves had finally become too much for them and the structural integrity of the roofline. Not living anywhere near, I immediately went to Yelp for help. Not only was Code Green Pest Solutions the only company with 5 star reviews, he was the first to respond to my quote inquiry. Travis was amazing. His price was more than fair, he talked with me directly the entire time from start to finish (and he spent a couple of hours there longer than anticipated), and sent me both before and after pictures of his work. He also tried to close-up the holes as best he was able to. Added bonus: the multiple nests caused exterior damage. Travis graciously chatted with me about it and sent me the name of someone he trusts to give us a good quote and do quality work. Considering the age and history of my house, I will absolutely keep him in mind for future pest control work and/or eradication that needs to be done.

Something has changed since last my review with this company…read more I wanted to update to echo the experience below with the patron who had a squirrel in his home with a less than ideal experience. I used them for a raccoon incident two years ago-I had to ask them to come out and fix their work at that time-to their credit, they admitted their error and came out-the "barriers" put up had significant gaps. This most recent instance was very poor communication with the office staff-I was given an arrival time of 1051 am the night prior. I watched the tracker and could see my technician driving everywhere besides my home despite being listed as his intended location. I finally called them to ask what was going on because emergencies and delays happen, but I would appreciate some update. I was told he was on his way to me. I called again when it was clear he was parked at their office. Again, I was told that he was on his way to me. Their tracker continued to show he was 1 minute away from me for 30 minutes. It was not until 223 pm (30 minutes after clearly seeing he was at the office) that I received a text message from the technician (not even the office staff who said they would call back) stating he had a small personal emergency and would not be coming. Emergencies come up, but zero communication from the office from 1051 arrival time until 223 pm while continuing to be told he was on his way was not ideal. He rescheduled for the next day. I spoke to someone on the phone the night prior who told me they were adjusting his window of arrival to 845 am and apologized for the confusion. The tracker again showed he was "on his way" despite being at the office. I asked for an update but did not receive one-instead his arrival window changed without communication. I asked for a refund and cancelation at this point. They apologized and agreed leaving me a voicemail and an email with this information. A few hours later, I realized the technician was walking around my home which made me panic and feel unsafe. I asked him to leave. I asked the office to again confirm everything was canceled-they apologized again.

They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes. We saw MORE mosquitoes this past summer and MORE indoor pests than ever before. It's like they get our spiders steroids. I called to cancel, was told I needed one more treatment to avoid the fee. Got that treatment, called to cancel and was told I still need one more! We had already switched back to Scat because I was tired of seeing Harry Potter working spiders in our house so there is no way I'm paying for another treatment that doesn't work OR a disconnect fee. I've been on the phone with them for hours, talked to multiple people, had "resolutions" a few times and am still dealing with it. Save yourself the headache and money and just use someone else. Edit to add: Jasmine from their social media support team was very helpful and able to resolve our issues. Hopefully others in the company adopt this type of customer service.

I was able to talk to a real receptionist and get a walk-through/quote the same week I called (with the owner, Joe). The following week, I had service! Johnathan came to my house during my scheduled time slot, and spent an hour with me. He was great with my nosey dogs and explained each product he was using, what they did, and how they worked to fight the specific pest. He treated my house inside and out, and let me know that if I see any bug in 5 days to call and he'll come back out for free. The products were itemized on my receipt as a summary alone with his specific cell number. To top it off, they had a 30% off coupon via Yelp. As if I needed another incentive to utilize this company with the best customer service I've ever received!!!
