They were kind and helpful to call around to their other shops in the area to find a screen but to no avail. I then went shopping for a new phone but what I found for under $500 were all pretty much what I already had. I looked online and decided to call Xtreme phone & computer repair on Brownsville Rd. The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. The cost to repair was reasonable and my phone is working great now without any problems.

It just fell out of my lap, not a big drop, just cracked so I came to get it fixed. I paid $400 to get my screen fixed and when I came back, my cellular data was not working. It said my phone had no service. I was speaking with the general manager, Terrell (who was very condescending and rude in his tone which I also saw in another review) throughout my entire experience and he looked at me confused and said that I needed to go home and update my phone and that would fix the issue. I went home and updated my phone but woke up still with no cellular data. I took it back to the shop where they told me it would take two hours just to look at my phone and give a call back to tell me what was wrong. After waiting three hours they called back to tell me that they don't know the issue and they need to wait for their general manager Terrell once again to come in which wasn't until 2 PM the next day. I waited until the next day and had to wait another two hours for Terrell to see if he could fix my phone after walking into the store since I hadn't heard from them within the time I was supposed to I was told that my phone was beyond repair and received a refund. After three days of being in and out of the store, all I got was a broken phone. Do not recommend whatsoever.

He claimed he was waiting to see if it could be fixed and that it was now the charging port that was damaged done at their store and he would have to send it out to Monaca or another location. In the meantime he would give us a loaner (one that someone paid for and never came back to get!) My fault for setting for that tablet. We moved to North Carolina and this tablet also does not hold a charge!! Its not even worth coming back to PA and giving them this tablet back so here is yall warning. Also!!!! They have me a generation 9 and not the 10 like we brought in. The trade in value is pennies!!! Go to apple and not one of these places for your apple devices. Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself. The problem was that the iPhone was not put back together properly. The screen sticks out a bit from the metal back/case a bit higher on one side than it does on the other. I asked the gentleman about this, and he claimed no responsibility, telling me he didn't touch the screen. He said the glass was coming unglued from the chassis. I liked that it was at the mall so that I had something to do for the 45 minute repair. The guys were very gracious when the first screen did not work 100%. A new screen was overnighted. They contacted me when it arrived and repaired it at my convenience. The screen has a 90 day warranty. There was another issue and again they took care of the problem quickly. I bought a better case and hope to have no more problems, but if I do I know I have somewhere reliable to go.
