As an Uber driver, I couldn't be without a phone, so I had to settle for a broken, taped-up LCD for another $10. That also failed within two weeks. I eventually had to go to another branch listed on their card, where a low-quality, non-original LCD was installed. The phone still freezes constantly. I have wasted time, money, and gas. I expect a full refund for the faulty parts and the terrible experience I've had to endure. Avoid this place if you value your time and money.

I told him I wasn't interested in a membership. He then said it would cost $165 for a diagnosis. I pointed out that their website states diagnostics are free, but he ignored my question and continued trying to sell me their $39/month membership. After I declined again, he explained that the $165 diagnostic fee would be applied toward the repair. I asked what would happen if the repair only cost $50--would I receive the remaining balance back? He said no. He then said I would only have to keep the membership for minimum of two months, and I would receive a discount on the diagnostic fee. At that point, something didn't feel right, so I decided to leave without having them service my console. I then took the same Xbox to the uBreakiFix on Harbor Boulevard. The employee there told me they would inspect the system, call me with an estimate if repairs were needed, and that there would be no charge unless I approved the repair. Based on my experience, I would avoid this Bristol Street Santa Ana location and take your business elsewhere.
