Thank you to Charlie! Brought my shattered iPhone 6S screen in for him to take a look at. He was friendly and customer focused, even willing to put a personal call on hold in order to attend to us first. With the drop, I had to have both the screen and LCD screen replaced. The whole process took about 20 minutes, with Charlie being more than willing to walk us through each step of the process. He even found some debris that was in the phone from manufacturing and removed it for us. All in all, the experience was easy and worth the price for the quality craftsmanship. Stopped by yesterday (04/30/16) around noon to get the glass and LCD replaced on my Note 4 and was helped by Jason. End result was excellent; can't tell that the phone had ever been worked on. Customer service was awesome and I overheard the owner telling someone who called inquiring about an iPhone 6s screen replacement that he could replace the screen for a certain amount if they needed it urgently, but it would be cheaper if they went through Apple (the difference in price was small). I'd gladly pay a bit more to support this business based on that interaction alone. Hopefully I won't require their services again, but wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend them for your phone repair needs! read more

I got a quote of $25, walked in and Jason helped me out right away and repaired my piece. I am quite knowledgeable with cell phone repairs but I was in a quick hurry to get it fixed as I was at work and didn't have my tools with me. The piece I needed costs $10-$15 dollars at most, just opening the phone is a pain. Once at the shop he took a look at it and offered me a refurbished piece, which isn't a big deal for me. The price jumped to about $45, which I didn't mind. (I figured the normal upsell would cause me to spend about $50) He took the time clean the sides of my phone screen (the cracks where dirt gathers and is a point of no return) I appreciated this very much! Cons: he spoke to the gentleman I spoke with on the phone in Korean who said he can charge me more than $25 if he wants to. (I'm Korean and understood). Found it funny. :D Pros: fast, efficient, cleaned my device, and didn't upsell me too much :) Conclusion: got the job done fast without me having to sell a kidney. read more

My LCD screen on my galaxy S4 cracked today and luckily for me i found this great phone repair shop this morning! I called around local repair shops to get different quotes which this store came out to be the cheapest! It was a far drive from LA to fullerton but it was well worth the money. The service was great and tentative! Even though they did skip me to help another costumer that had just came in... but another employee did notice i came in before that costumer and helped me right away. Im not that anal about little things like this.. so they still get a 5 star from me. Spent $210 for a brand new LCD screen($139), tempered glass screen protector($?), and a new OEM batter replacement ($39) (they gave me a free case for my phone which is always a plus to get freebies) i could have saved more money if i bought the accessories online but i didn't want to wait *impluse buy* [Tip] check in to get a free screen protector (i over looked this when i yelped this place ) All n' all this place great! I would recommend this to anyone with any phone problems! They know what they're doing and what they're talking about. Took em 15 to 20 mins to replace my screen. read more

Unfortunately you have to leave at least 1 star but this place doesn't deserve any. I've come here twice. The first time both owners were rude and typical tech guys that make you feel dumb for not knowing. I ended up walking away with a screen that lagged, the brightnesses was dimmer, and never had service. I asked nicely for them to please help me out given I spent 100$ on a screen that didn't work. I took the loss and moved on. Now I thought I'd try then again, maybe it was just an odd day for them. No. Once again they were rude. I had purchased a 20$ tempered glass that cracked and was just hoping they'd help me out since they swore I needed the protective glass.
