Since I was at home, I started looking for a repair shop near him and found All Computer Game Repairs at 47 Pete Bay Rd. in Hannibal, NY. I called, explained the situation, and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful. They told me to have my son bring the Xbox over, gave me a price upfront that I thought was very fair, and said they could have it repaired within one day. I called my son, gave him the information, and he brought the Xbox in. Just as promised, it was fixed within one day and he was back up and running. Great communication, fair pricing, and fast service. I highly recommend All Computer Game Repairs to anyone in the Oswego or Hannibal area who needs a game console repaired. Definitely a five-star experience!

The woman that answered the phone when I called about my son's external hard drive, for his PS4,…read morewas unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond for me! Not only did she make sure to explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand, (being a very non technological person lol) without me even asking her to!! But when she realized that the hard drive ( a very good deal may I add) she was going to order for me was no longer being made, she researched a cheaper and better alternative, that did not benefit her in any way at all. She called me back to inform me of all this and even told me where I could buy this cheaper, better, alternative... She also took a moment to talk to my son about how they've changed this item over time and added extra storage. Although we didn't get to do any actual business with them (yet) I would 10/10 recommend them solely based from this experience.

We found Jeff by looking on Yelp and dropped the TV off. We waited a little while for the part to come in, but that was completely out of his control and he let us know when we dropped it off that there was a long turn around time for this part. That's fine. Jeff notified us when the part came in and he made the repair. The TV works great now and he saved us a good chunk of money by repairing it for what I found to be a very reasonable price. I'd recommend Jeff to anyone with a television problem.
