Broken plastic interior wheel hub. Broken when shown and not repaired.

At this point I am in a rock and a hard place. I paid cash for a 2015. I was told by the representative the IRA reputation is very important to them. I am not so sure about it. When I got home with the vehicle, I contacted the sales rep immediately because whenI got home after what I was told there was no repair of this broken plastic in the back. Buyer beware. Car dealers and dealerships surely are out for themselves. I asked..... they did not reply.

Terrible Customer Service. Left two voicemails to Daniel Hutt no response. Over a week pasted. Then left a voicemail to associate no response four days passed. I wish that I did not purchase a vehicle here. I should have bought my vehicle at a different place. I came in on February 18 for oil change and replace part for drain plug. I scheduled an oil change on July 8 at Sullivan Tires in NH. I work and live in NH. They stated that the drain plug is severely tightened and bring it to dealership. Today, I have an appointment to for oil change. I spoke with mange. I asked if I could get credit for oil change. He stated that they might have right equipment to unopened the plug or experience. He stated that he is unable to credit me an oil change or discount. I have to pay what everybody else has to pay. He and Danvers Subaru does not care if customers have to drive out there way to get new parts. Instead of retaining customers.

Damage to oil pan with the dent around stripped screw that couldn't be touched by oil change place since it was so badly stripped

They tried hard to sale us things we didn't want . Things that were useless for us that we had to insist on denying. So annoying.

buyer beware, look at fine print...their dealer fee ( doc. etc is 1300.00 dollars more than twice some other dealers

Kelly Honda, of course, had "no idea how this happened." Eric and the crew are honest and knowledgeable. I'm updating my review to reflect the full experience with Pete's Garage…read more My car was towed in for a stuck gear shift. After nearly a week before it was inspected, my mom--who was in contact with Scott throughout--was told the shifter cable was BROKEN and quoted $600 for the repair, plus about $200 for the new part, taxes, an oil change, and other related expenses, bringing the total estimate to around $800. At no point was debris mentioned. We got a second opinion at a garage on High Street in Danvers. They inspected the car the next day and said they performed a thorough assessment. They found nothing wrong with the shifter cable. Instead, they found a large walnut lodged against the cable, along with other debris, preventing it from shifting. After cleaning it out and completing the oil change, the car worked perfectly. Total cost: $50. AFTER this review was posted, Eric contacted us and said the shifter cable had come out of position and might eventually break--information that was NOT shared during the original diagnosis or almost week of communication my mom had with Scott. Being quoted close to $800 for a repair that ultimately wasn't necessary, and only receiving a fuller explanation AFTER speaking out publicly, raises serious concerns for us about the thoroughness and reliability of the initial assessment

I replaced the bumper with an OEM part and decided to give High Street Garage a try as Eric down at Pete's Garage has spoken highly of them when I have asked about Inspections in the past. I drove down there and saw an older man with white hair in the open inspection bay. I walked up, said hi and asked if they were doing inspections. He must have seen me drive in with the "R" sticker. He immediately started in on me saying he would not inspect the vehicle and I should go back to where it was initially inspected. I just asked why he wouldn't do the inspection and he just got louder and said "if I didn't repair it, I won't re inspect it." It was an OEM bumper for christ sakes, and it took me all of 2 hours to remove and replace. This was the first time I have had a vehicle rejected so I was not aware of the need to go back to the original inspection station. I would have thought that since these are State Inspections, the process would be uniform across all service stations. It looked to me like he was having a bad Monday and decided to give a bit of that attitude to me. I'll cross this station off my list. Not the way to treat a person or a potential customer.
