My Samsung S9 Plus was in such dismal shape that I almost gave up on the thing. It was cracked throughout most of the front screen and in various places on the back cover, and because it had been dropped into a pool there was also water damage done. I wouldn't give them any stars if possible. I've had to have my phone fixed here twice and my iPhone is completely ruined. The first time my screen literally came off when i was taking off my otter box, and went back and they said that wasn't part of the warranty that it was the otter box's fault. I pay the near $140 dollars to get my screen repaired again and now my screen is half lifting up, my battery never tells me the correct percentage, I will plug it into my charger and it will say 77% I take it off and 10 minutes later it's say it's at 20% and then dies on me. Only for me to plug it in and it'll say 34% , if you can I would go anywhere else, their customer service is rude and horrible!! *to commenter below: I have come in twice, had I known I would had these problems I would have saved the receipt, I came in twice, once during my work hours, and the second near closing and the boy had to call the boss (maybe you) about repairing my phone for an earlier discussed price (which was then raised), I am not coming in again for any service ever, if at all possible. I love this place! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend not only for the quality of service but how friendly the staff was. I was lucky enough to find this shop after having my iPhone 6's screen completely smashed: my glass screen was cracked all over, my lcd was ruined, and my phone body was bent. I didn't catch the woman's name, but the one who worked on my phone offered to straighten it out and even check to make sure that the replacement screen would work without any problems for free. After seeing that the screen worked beautifully, I decided to go through with it and get the fix. She replaced my screen in no more than 15 min. While most people leave their phone there and come back later when the job was done, I decided to stay and watch the process. It was a very cold evening so the worker offered to let me stand under her heater (the booth didn't have a stand up heater like the rest of them). We talked and it didn't feel awkward at all, and that made the wait feel even shorter. All the iPhone repair shops around my neighborhood in Los Angeles charge a large amount for their services and considering that this place also straightened out my phone, i have no complaints with paying $130. She also referred me to a booth nearby that sell screen protectors and phone cases. I got a discount there just for mentioning I went to iPro's to repair my phone! However, one thing to watch out for is the fact that they do have a limited amount of replacement screens so it'd be smart to call in advance. They do do walk-ins, but like I said, it's not guaranteed that they'll have your screen and color in stock. read more

The only uncomfortable thing was waiting for the phone to dry overnight, but the time he spent showing me the results and troubleshooting any other issues that lead to my phone working like new was well worth the wait.
