I called and straight to voicemail. Finally when I called back an hour later someone picked up. Claims he was there but didnt open the front or back garage door, didnt pick up the phone or answer the voicemail. Then informed me that they were working on another job and now it wall take till 6 pm instead of the originally agreed upon timframe. Typically I wouldnt judge a business like this by the dumpy exterior appearance but In this case it appears to be a microcosm if their operation. Stay far away Unreliable and just flat out jerks!

Unfortunately this is not the case that I experienced with This company. A few years ago I had a vehicle completely wrapped with chrome delete. The customer experience and the results were outstanding. You can read my review on this site. Recently I brought my new 2021 Audi A5 convertible for a partial chrome delete and I would say that the customer experience was very poor and there was problems with the installation and final result that I will try to briefly describe. Brought my car in for estimate and met with Robert, current owner. Requested 3M gloss black film. He said that 3M gloss black had a "orange peel" look.. I then suggested Avery film which I knew was another high quality American made film. He said this film also had this orange peel look and said that another high quality company has a film that is better. I was definitely leery but based on my previous experience with this company I accepted his recommendation. Made appointment and dropped off car March 3 2021. Delete job looked pretty good for the first 8 days but then I started to see chrome where the vinyl film had apparently shrunk around the windshield. This condition worsened in the following days. All 3 of the 2 inch wide strips were affected. Returned to shop to have this situation corrected . Robert agreed after some discussion that the windshield section should be replaced. part of the film separated had a ragged edge that was explained as a bad installer cut. This time I insisted on 3M film. Asked Robert when I could get car fixed. He said they were very busy and try to work me in to the schedule. He would ask Adam to order film. He said when film came in he would call me to set up appointment. After 5 days had passed decided to go in to find out what was going on- Robert wasn't in but Adam was. I asked Adam if Robert had asked to order 3M film- He said no he hadn't but Robert orders all the film. Adam was very helpful and set up an appointment for later that week. When I arrived to pick up car after hopefully 3M film was applied, I found a very noticeable gap in film between vertical panel and horizontal panel on one side and a somewhat smaller gap on the other. Pointed this out to Robert. He said this is the best you could do with vinyl. Perhaps this is acceptable to him but I checked with another auto wrapping company they guaranteed me a much better result. I asked Robert why a piece of black film had not been applied on thin chrome strip over exhaust area as promised by Adam. He responded he didn't want to put a third type of vinyl on car. I said the Avery brand was fine but he said I will order some 3M for you and call you when it comes in. Adam had told me they get 1 day delivery on 3M film. It's been 10 days,no call of course. P-S. The vinyl film that was according to Adam originally installed was KPMF brand. j
