I ordered personalized embroidery for bags that would be given to each member of a group. The work was done quickly, but I was presented with a "finished" order that was short. The explanation was that the bags were damaged on arrival from the supplier and couldn't be worked. Do I want a refund? That was dumfounding me. Obviously, someone in my group would NOT get a bag. How could that be cool? And why would I choose to let the company keep the refund? I wondered why someone in the back room didn't figure out how to get fresh goods from their own supplier. Especially since the work was not on a deadline. Or why they thought it was cool to make a refund an option. Now the fog is lifting on why these foiks insisted on all their money in advance. If this is their usual trade practice, I can only imagine that prior customers were not paying as well as not happy.

Date Ordered: less than 5 business days before Thanksgiving My company-ShowMyDog, LLC I can't say enough positive things about Wholesale Screen Printing, Inc.. I searched custom t-shirts, custom logo design company, screen printing, etc.. for several days before I finally decided to place my order with them. As much as I hate to admit this I probably spent more time trying to decide who I wanted to purchase the t-shirts from than I did on the actual design :-) Honestly, I have no idea how I ever found their website because they rarely showed up in any of my google and bing searches. In one of my 50 searches I must have some how did a google search for screen printing + wholesale. Pure luck on my part for finding them! They are located on the east coast of the US which is where I'm located so when the person who answered the phone said the company was in Florida I knew this was going to be the place for me to trust my costly order. My situation was this- It was just a few days before Thanksgiving and my first time creating a custom design t-shirt. I was doing a charity event so I could promote my new company's website. Looking back at everything now I realize I made a few dumb mistakes- 1- I wanted the best quality solid "black" long t-shirts I could find. White shirts are less money. I didn't know this :-) 2- I had no idea the more colors you have in your design the more it would cost not to mention it takes more time for the design person to print and send you emails for your approval. Make sure you review exactly what they send you and be sure to send quality files and the colors you expect. 3- I learned that you can order more shirts if you order the same design on the front and back regardless of how many colors you have. I thought if I ordered more shirts with a design with less colors and only on the back and just a few shirts with all 8 colors on the back of the shirt and 3 colors on the front of shirt it would be less $$. Wrong answer. They helped me with this mistake and I appreciated it very much. I was able to get 20 or 25 shirts for less money exactly the way I wanted. Everyone was so impressed by the quality. 4- Never let anyone talk you into getting the digital print because they tell you it's faster and it will look better. Some companies tried to talk me into going digital because they said I had too many colors and there was no way I could get all 8 colors on my shirt in 1 day turn around especially on a black shirt. The screen printing looked so much more vibrant! 5- If a company tells you the price and the order has to be decided before you hang up the phone and you feel pressure something is wrong :-) Yes, I waited until the last minute to place my order but Wholesale Screen Printing company didn't act like I was a complete pain for them to take care of and they were doing me some huge favor! They let me think it over and call them back. Wholesale Screen Printing did a PERFECT job of putting my mind at ease that everything would look great and they would have the shirt order at my door prior to my event. Even though my order was placed the week before Thanksgiving and they were able to turn around my order within 24 hours. All of the other big online custom design places I found on the top page of every google search were nice but they seemed to be more "Sales person only" types. A couple places gave me a lot of grief on my photoshop psd files and how many colors I was wanted and the fact that it was a last minute order they thought I was crazy for even asking them to do this for me :-) I even had one place tell me with the number of colors I needed it would look much better digitally and they were a lot more $$. Wow were they wrong! It was mostly high pressure at these other places and a couple of them made sure to let me know I was lucky they even offered rush delivery for a 10 or 20% fee. It was too stressful with these other guys so again I'd like to say thank you to everyone at Wholesale Screen Printing for making my experience less stressful at the holidays. At the time, the company was owned by my brother, Steve Sherman, who founded Sew Shore in 1986 and poured his heart into building the business. My husband loved those hats almost as much as he loved his boat. Sadly, we lost my incredible brother in 2019. After his passing, his longtime colleague, Jason Marshall, took over the business. Fast forward to 2026: *The Mighty Terrapin* needed repairs that would have cost more than the boat was worth, so we made the bittersweet decision to replace her with *The Mighty Terrapin II*. And of course, a new boat meant my husband needed new hats. I reached out to Jason -- whom I hadn't seen since my brother's Celebration of Life -- and asked if there was any chance the original embroidery file still existed. Within 20 minutes, he found it. I was honestly stunned. I contacted him on April 13, and by April 23 the hats had arrived via UPS from Naples, Florida, to Northern Virginia. I gave them to my husband for his birthday, and when I told him that Jason had GIFTED the hats to him, he was speechless. It wasn't just the hats that meant so much. It was the kindness. The loyalty. The fact that, years later, Jason still cared enough to help preserve a small piece of my brother's legacy. In a world where genuine customer service and personal connection can feel increasingly rare, Jason went above and beyond.
