One of the worst pho places I've been to. I'm really sorry to say this because the waitress and the lady in the back were very nice but the pho was just absolutely horrible and lacking. They do not have tripe or tendon so if you are looking for a more traditional or standard pho restaurant then this is not for you. I would give them another shot if they changed it up but it doesn't seem like it'll be anytime soon. read more

This was my first time in a couple years coming back to IPHO since my last experience was terrible, I gave them another shot. It didn't go well in short. I placed an order for pick up (two pho soups dishes and some spring rolls) and was told it would be a 30 minute wait. We show up to pick up our food and it wasn't ready still. I understand they had a few tables eating in the restaurant so i get that they are busy. But 5 skip the dishes drivers received their food before us and by this time we have been waiting 1 hour in the restaurant for our food. I will not be returning here and will find faster service elsewhere. I do not recommend others to pick up from here unless they have a lot of time of their hands. read more

We ordered take out and waited for an hour. We watched 3 Skip the Dishes orders come in and go out ahead of ours. It was soup, and should not have taken more than the 20 minutes they quoted us. This is a pho restaurant with top notch decor. I'm used to kind of shabby looking places in Surrey, but Ipho delivers on both food and atmosphere. The layout of the restaurant is a bit weird: booths in a horseshoe with a long table in the middle. I felt like I was in a fish bowl, but overall it was private. The spring rolls were quite tiny/thin compared to what I've had elsewhere but they were really delicious. I ordered rare beef with brisket and they gave me beef balls instead of the brisket. I don't mind the balls but I was disappointed in the mix up. (Note: I didn't say anything, because I'm okay eating the beef balls, so I can't fault the restaurant for not fixing what they didn't know was wrong!) Price point: maybe a wee bit more than I am used to, but not astounding. I will try other pho places in Chilliwack but won't hesitate to go back here. read more

Excellent food and friendly staff. Overall great experience and will definitely return. We had the chicken salad rolls for an appetizer and can easily say that these were the best salad rolls I have ever had. The roll itself was large and tasted fresh. The lemongrass chicken was very tasty and moist. The peanut sauce was amazing. For mains, I had the Vermicelli bowl with lemongrass chicken and a meat patty, and my fiancée had the house special pho. Both were very good. I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants throughout the lower mainland (30+) and typically order the same dish at every one, and I can say that this was one of the best I've ever had. My fiancée enjoyed the house special pho very much. I tried it, and I would say it was very good too. I look forward to going back and trying out more of the menu. The service was very friendly, and the décor was simple, clean and functional. They have redone the whole place and it looks much better than the Bay Leaf (the restaurant that used to be in the same spot). We met the owner on our way out and he asked us if we enjoyed it and how the flavors were and if anything should be changed. That showed me a great level of concern with customer satisfaction, more than I have experienced anywhere else. I highly recommend this place. It is a fantastic addition to the Sardis restaurant scene, bringing some much needed ethnic flavor to the city. Going in with great expectations, Ipho did not disappoint. I went to Ipho on opening day and was really happy with my experience. The decor is a lot better than the previous restaurant. Very modern look, black booths, nice laminate floors, pretty chandeliers, and the black menu's looked great. The service was friendly, prices were good, portions were large, and the food was delicious. First my wife and I ordered the beef pho house special. We ordered the large and it was huge. Between both of us there were still leftovers. The broth was excellent with tons of noodles and lots of large shavings of beef. It came with bean sprouts and some sort of herb to add to the soup. Really good tasting. I'd say 9 out of 10. Nah, after re-reading my review I'm going to change it to 10 out of 10. I really wish I had more right now cuz it's cold and that shit was de-lish. The next item were spring rolls which were on the house due to it being the opening day. Goddamn those were some good spring rolls. Perfectly crispy, flaky, and delightful. We finished the meal off with some deep fried wantons which again were perfectly fried, crispy and flaky. The only downside was that we wanted to order a Satay sandwich and bubble tea but both weren't ready for opening day. Without asking they took of 20% of the bill. I'm not the biggest Pho expert. I went to Pho Galaxy and thought the ambiance, service, and food sucked. Ipho was a great experience and I would definitely go again. read more

Very fresh tasting food! Service is always awesome and prices are decent-ish (maybe leaning a little on the expensive side for a Vietnamese place, but trust me it's worth it). Not as authentic as some other pho places in Chilliwack, but the food is definitely amazing and very tasty! This is a very good pho restaurant, especially for chilliwack. I'm a bit confused by the one negative review as this place has very nice staff, very nice presentation and great food. I've tried pho galaxy as well and did not have a good experience... The pho was ok but the veggies (cabbage) were brown. Ipho's lemongrass soup is great, the crispy noodle dishes are surprisingly good too. Veggies are very fresh. Ipho's prices are also good for the quality you get. All things said, this is our favorite place to eat out at in chilliwack, highly recommended. read more

Disorganized, Workers eating and drinking beer at a table and being loud. Pho is good but very simple compared to Pho Galaxy. Portion are small but the restaurant is nice and big inside for a pho place. Slow service, uninterested staff and unwelcome feeling. read more
