The piece is fantasy style and she had after much going back and forth found 2 frames in a fantasy style, one had similar colors in the frame to the needlepoint ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! She also allowed my 9 month old poodle into the store as well. I have more needlepoints that need to be framed and I will keep coming back to get them framed. Terri hope you get this but I found the name of the website where I get my needlepoint threads and I think they are reasonably priced it is www.everythingcrossstitch.com they are located in another state and do ship I've been using them for years and I found their prices to be better than going straight to the DMC website!

Ok first off, if I could give no stars I would have. My experience was not a good one. There is a…read morereal lack of professionalism when dealing with the staff. I wanted 5 custom tee-shirts made. I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.

You'd think that maybe they would offer the bigger model for the same price since they screwed up but this was not the case. Oh well we didn't need the bigger model. We stopped in to get our cash back and the lady said we need our receipt, even though she obviously knew who we were and just spoke to us on the phone. Three trips, no apologies, nothing. Won't be shopping here ever that's for sure.

We all and have ALWAYS, experienced some kind of issues with every piece delivered. No joke. From deep dents and scratches, to lights not working when it's supposed to be brand new. They try to cover it up by, building the pieces together before delivery. Do not think for 1 minute, they they are trying to save your time or time by doing this. They're NOT. It's only to sell old or broken pieces. How would anyone know if a part is damaged without seeing it built from scratch? The woman is the floor salesman here. She promises things like repairs, and quality of pieces. I was told once that a certain glass part of a dining table is SCARTCH PROOF. She swore by it. And it wasn't. We tried to get a refund or discount after that lie was told, but then she goes on saying she never said this or that. BUYERS BEWARE. These owners, especially the woman, is extremely rude and lies. My recent most expensive piece was a bedroom set, said to be made or from Turkey. The pieces are flimsy like looseleaf paper and CHEAP CHEAP QUALITY. HATE IT! She denied a refund. After negative experiences and giving so many chances, I was forced in my heart to write about it. With hopes to help someone else avoid going through what we all went through. They are scam artists here, even the men delivering and working to put together your furniture, agrees that the Owner is just horrible and a headache to work with!! She was so rude to my Mother and I towards the end. And we made them so much money. Buyers PLEASE BEWARE!
