I called after figuring this out, they couldn't find the wheels and said they would just order some new ones and come out to put them on. They called, said the wheels were in so I asked when they would come put them on. Was told that the person I spoke with didn't write down any notes. So I needed them and we went in to get them. They made us pay for them. After being told they wouldn't charge me and telling them I have the recorded call they can listen to in order to prove what I was saying. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM! I WILL DRIVE TO SALT LAKE IF I HAVE TO RATHER THAN DEAL WITH THEIR POOE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!

I contacted another local Toro service center, Honest Engines, and they told me that the cost to rebuild the engine would be about the same as replacing it, $2500. They said they do not do rebuilds any more. I called BC Small Engine and he told me it might be something like a head gasket, but bring it down to examine. I took it and they had it repaired in about 4 days. It turned out to be a stuck valve. They repaired it, did a full service and tune up for about $250. While I was there, they also serviced and repaired a snow blower for me that had a broke gear handle. I am glad to find a place that it willing to open up the engine and find out if it is a simple repair or needs a full blown rebuild/replacement. This is now my place to go and I would highly recommend it to others.

Today I talked to the manager and he was very rude to me and told me that they don't have the time to return customer phone calls with updates on the repairs. He told me that they only have 3 technicians and over hundreds of machines to repair.
