We were walking around our resort looking for a Starbucks for one of my friends. It was closed for the season but luckily we found this cool little local coffee shop. The decorations and atmosphere made it feel very welcoming. Staff looked super busy but still greeted us when we walked in. I didn't order anything to drink but my friends did. They said their drinks were pretty solid but nothing that "wowed" them. I shared a smoked salmon bagel and a chocolate croissant with my friends and it was pretty good. Again, there wasn't any "wow" factor to it, but it was solid. I can't say it was better than Einstein Bros. Not sure if I'd come back here just to order it though. read more

Spent the afternoon with my Mom at this wonderful cafe! This place is the best of many worlds. Coffee and pastries to go, a menu built with yummy homemade dishes enjoyed on the patio, or sit at the bar and nurse a hangover with a bacon bloody and conversations with the staff. Good place to stop for breakfast on a ski day! I have been here a couple times recently, while up for a weekend ski day. I stop in before the slopes open, usually around 7:30 am. I have tried their Alamo burrito and also the biscuits and gravy, both solid choices for a quick heavy breakfast before skiing. The biscuits and gravy comes with two biscuits that are cut and filled with a sausage patty, then topped with sausage gravy; plenty of meat! Good gravy, not great, but good enough for me. The Alamo burrito is filled with eggs, potato, cheese, sausage, hot sauce, etc? It was good, basic, but good. Definitely enough breakfast, as they fill it full! I do think the sitting can be tricky, as they have limited sitting with community tables. They seem to be the only place open at 7:30 am? I use to go to Spoon Cafe, but noticed they don't open early anymore? I don't get it, as they are very busy here at that time? read more

The espresso here is good, but I wouldn't come for breakfast. Our first day in Keystone we came in and ordered 1 bacon breakfast burrito, 1 sausage burrito, 1 oatmeal, a bottled water, and bottled juice; our total was $50. The oatmeal wasn't cooked, it was cold and it had whole frozen strawberries and blueberries in it that just weren't edible. I asked the cashier who took our order if he could microwave it for me but he took the bowl and never came back with it, so I asked for a refund for the oatmeal. The burritos weren't much better because they were made with powdered eggs and the egg mix wasn't mixed well. The potatoes in it were soggy and it just wasn't good, I couldn't help but think how McDonald's breakfast burritos tasted better than these. We came in a second time during our trip but they were no longer serving food so we got two oat milk lattes which were good. Come in for coffee, but stay away from the food. read more

I've been coming here every year for the past 9 years when I'm in town and they always have a good cup of coffee. Their syrups are a delicious addition to a latte. What a glorious little shop in the Keystone village! I was hard pressed to find a campground so to speak for my babysitting shift while hubby went to ski. I love the cozy, eclectic vibe in here. Cool tunes, books, photos, and Friends-like coffee shop couches. Super chill and conveniently located to the slopes with enough space to spread out and relax. Inxpot was an awesome refuge from the Keystone craziness. They are the anti-Starbucks type of coffee shop and I loved it. The coffee shop vibe was awesome, pretty on par with others I've been to. Even on arguably the most busy time of the year, we were able to find a seat. I had a wonderful green tea latte, and tasted my sister's CUPCAKE latte, which was amazing. Highly recommend. If you are gluten free or vegan, this spot has you covered. I had probably the best gluten free muffin I have ever had. I'm assuming if the gluten free muffin was that good, the other pastries are stellar. The sandwich I had was also on gluten free bread and really good. Definitely stop in if you are at Keystone for a coffee and pastry, or a light lunch. We went more than once and loved it! read more

This place has such a tasty cold brew! As there is a pandemic going on, I applaud the precautions that they are taking in order to not spread COVID-19. First, they only have one door to enter and one door to exit so you do not really cross paths with anyone else. To be honest its the only place we found that wasn't completely packed and unwelcoming. There were some seats here and there, and the environment really provides that. There is unique seating everywhere with nooks and crannies. It's very cozy. You place your order at the counter. They have a full bar. I had the irish coffee which was so good after a long day on the hill. So much so that I had two. We found a couple of seats on a communal table and found some locals to talk to. My husband and I ordered the chicken gumbo soup and chili mac and cheese. My chicken gumbo only had one tiny piece of chicken and honestly tasted like it came from a can. My husband's mac and cheese was like a soup. We finished both because we didnt want to feel we wasted our money because it was expensive. Even friends who came in after asked him what soup he got. Good hot drink selection with a lot of specialty cocktails, tea, and coffees. It's a great stop for a quick breakfast before hitting the slope. We got a scone and shared it, but we thought multiple people with big Bagel sandwiches that looks really tasty. It's a nice place to warm up after a long day of skiing too. We stopped in to grab some tea before heading up the mountain. They have a really good chai tea latte, made with loose tea, and I loved all the other herbal loose tea options. read more
