No noise cancelling headphones were provided. When I needed paper or pencils I had to physically walk into the lobby to get the proctor's attention (he was busy reading a magzine). Bear in mind other students were also getting up to do the same - which was very distracting. Overall my past experiences at other centers was superior!!! Avoid this location if possible!!!

He spent 1.5 hours each time talking about his wife and showing my daughter Photos of his vacations. He also told us he was fired from his teaching job for punching a student. After that we were only able to schedule tutors virtually because no one was available in our area. The tutors we're going to school and working so the times were very inconvenient. We used 16 hours of tutoring. They charged me for the three hours of the tutor that wasted our time. We had agreed to 36 hours in our contract. Don't waste your $$$$! There are local tutors that charge $25-50 an hour in person tutoring at your convenience not at the convenience of students with limited time or with bad teachers!

There was a lot of reading (3 text books) to prepare for quizzes and since it was strictly by reading the material I had no classmates or instructor to answer any questions. If I had to look up a term in the book I had to be sure I had the term right. Also , it was very difficult to retain the information, since, as yet, I had no experience as a real estate agent. It was like reading a text book to be a brain surgeon. First Tuesday is affordable but it would have be helpful to have a Zoom meeting from time to time to get clarifying answers. However, with EP Real Estate School you get all the study materials on line and can easily search a term. The areas of discipline for a real estate agent are broken down by subjects so its easy to navigate and retain. The quizzes after a subject is open book and the answers are after the quizzes. I found the material presented to be easy to read and held my interest. Maybe that's because in the four years I've had my license I've heard horror stories about mistakes agents can make when not understanding the concepts and laws.
