He was very polite. Couldn't follow up yet because it takes a couple days for the DMV to note that you got your paperwork in well. I did follow up when he asked me to and he got right back to me and told me everything I've been taken care of . The course itself is definitely doable. I highly recommend this TRAFFIC SCHOOL .

Your experience will depend on which instructor was assigned to you. My relative had two different instructors, very different from each other. Soleiman had a nice modern car, but his heart was not in teaching the driver but more of criticizing him all the time. His attitude, I've been told, was as if this job was a side gig to him. Not passionate about teaching, and seems to not be passionate about driving in general. My relative then switched instructors to Mayela. Mayela's car was a tad outdated and kinda dirty on the inside. The good: Business owner Dee, I've been told, is a lovely woman to have a chat with. She is certainly someone who is passionate about teaching, and I'm certain most of her employees are the same. Mayela definitely was someone who shares the passion as well. Kind, patient, understanding. TLDR: Don't waste your time and money on taking driving classes with Soleiman.

He took us out to the street to see first hand the limit lines and we watched as driver after driver ran the stop sign. He had a good sense of humor and his concern that we learn was evident. What kept it from being a 4 or 5 star: The assistant (Alexis) he - yes he - asked in (a sarcastic tone) if we could read English..? (Note we had a strategic planing analyst from the County, a manager for the City of San Diego Parks and Rec and two electrical engineering students). He did not bother to ask what we did -he just did a visual/racial profiling. He asked the manager if she was going to be a problem (why -because she did not agree with his customer service statement). He ranted at the bast_ _ds in Sacto and shared his method for drinking at a bar when running into a friend. We had minors in the class. He reminded them they had TJ nearby. Not culturally sensitive nor was he appropriate in regards to the gender and age of attendees. He must work with too many of the teens where they are happy to hear dude, crap and screw sprinkled throughout the lecture. Feedback was provided to the owner - Adolfo. So hopefully Alexis will clean up his act and allow this business to get a 5 star rating. Facilities need to be spruced up but they serve their purpose.

I went searching for an alternative traffic school and came across this place. They offer a very affordable online class which is engaging, interesting and kinda funny. I enjoyed logging in whenever I had time to complete the course and go back to re-read the material as needed. I learned information I had not known before and received a refresher on material I had not read about for a long time. It was so much better than spending an 8 hour day (on the weekend no less!) in a stuffy classroom. Online learning FTW :). He said that Rainier trained and prepared him well. His final lesson was 2 weeks ago, and they did a few routes of "mock testing" at the DMV on a Sunday when the DMV was closed. Mikayla was able to meet with her the morning of the test for a two-hour lesson, and it made all the difference. She helped our daughter feel calm, confident, and truly prepared. What really stood out was how Mikayla coached her through the route the DMV personnel would take her on, which helped take away so much of the uncertainty and anxiety. They took the route several times to get her comfortable and familiar with changing traffic activity. By the time the lesson was over, our daughter felt comfortable and ready -- and she passed! Mikayla was also punctual and professional. And honestly, I think her youth helped her connect with our daughter in a way that made her feel more at ease right away.
