Your experience will depend on which instructor was assigned to you. My relative had two different instructors, very different from each other. Soleiman had a nice modern car, but his heart was not in teaching the driver but more of criticizing him all the time. His attitude, I've been told, was as if this job was a side gig to him. Not passionate about teaching, and seems to not be passionate about driving in general. My relative then switched instructors to Mayela. Mayela's car was a tad outdated and kinda dirty on the inside. The good: Business owner Dee, I've been told, is a lovely woman to have a chat with. She is certainly someone who is passionate about teaching, and I'm certain most of her employees are the same. Mayela definitely was someone who shares the passion as well. Kind, patient, understanding. TLDR: Don't waste your time and money on taking driving classes with Soleiman.

To sum it up, I completed my online traffic school course on a Wednesday, and did not receive my completion certificate until 9 days later. When I called 5 days after my completion date, they said they already sent out my certificate. But when I finally got it in the mail, the postmark on the envelope, was dated for the day I CALLED TO FOLLOW UP. Not the day after I completed the course (when they said they sent it out). So, it's safe to assume they forgot about it, or just lagged. I live in SD and used the Postal Service before, it doesn't take that long to receive something! When dealing with the courts or the DMV, I take it pretty seriously. So for CleanTickets.com to be so sloppy with my documents (especially when I have a deadline to fulfill), I feel its completely wrong and unacceptable.

Second, the information is well arranged, the study material is very easy to follow, you take notes, the system saves your progress-simply FOOL PROOF! I decided to sign up online since the process was simply and straight to the point-3 minutes later I am in a chapter list page and began to read the study material. The way the material is presented is easy to the eyes, it has color were it needs it the most for you to concentrate and focus on the prime points-and by the time I got to the final exam I got 95 percent! The course was supposed to be 8 FREAKING HOURS! I took me only 5 hours and change to get it all done! Man on man was I a happy camper! I procrastinated and waited until the last 3 days to get it done-the court refused to grant me "another" extension so I called cleantickets and requested express delivery service, and I though everything is great so far but I'm sure they are going to STICK IT TO ME for this service. I was wrong! They have an excellent life-saving service called SAME DAY PICK UP service and I received my certificate the SAME DAY for a mere $23.99! In short, if YOU WANT a bad looking website, poor educational material, poor customer service, super expensive delivery fees or hidden fees for that matter DO NOT CALL CLEANTICKETS! They have none of that. If you are looking for the opposite and are picky just like me then give them a call or checkout their site www.cleantickets.com, I assure you your experience will not be disappointing.

My son 100% understands Spanish when it is spoken to him and he mixes Spanish and English in his vocabulary regularly. Our experience with "Driving Eric Crazy" was 100% positive. Our high anxiety learner felt comfortable from day one driving with Eric. We booked three sessions with Eric after our son obtained his learner permit. Following that first introduction we were more comfortable sharing the training with Eric. I appreciated having Eric take him out first before we (the nervous parents) drove with our son. Eric was wonderful for not causing more anxiety and instilling confidence in our son's ability. I am certain had we taken him driving first he never would have succeeded in getting his license. We did schedule multiple sets of three lessons, but that is personal choice based on the level of your learner. For our family we needed Eric's help to drive home the concepts and instill the confidence needed to pass the driving test. From a business standpoint, Eric and Josephine make a good team. We were able to easily schedule lessons and reschedule as needed with Josephine. Eric would text us the day before with a reminder and when he was on his way to start the lesson. Our son looked forward to the lessons with Eric and always felt good when they were completed. In addition to teaching basic driving skills, Eric did a very good job in explaining what to expect from the DMV driving test which helped make the actual test taking much less stressful. My daughter had an amazing experience with Driving Eric Crazy. Her instructor, Mikayla, was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. From day one, my daughter felt comfortable with her and quickly gained not just an instructor, but an instant "Ate" who genuinely cared about her success and confidence behind the wheel. One thing I really appreciated was how easy the process was. Mikayla handled the scheduling for the behind-the-wheel lessons, and all we had to do was show up prepared and ready to learn. Eric and his wife are the best of the best. They always responded quickly, worked with our schedule, and were patient and easy to work with. Most importantly, the driving instruction was top-notch. My daughter was extremely nervous about driving, but Eric gave her the best help to keep her safe and build her confidence. His calm and encouraging attitude were so reassuring. I always noticed a marked improvement in my daughter's driving after each lesson. He really helped her prepare not only to pass the driving test (which she did first try,) but also to be a great driver. I can't say enough about how happy I am with them. We found this program on Yelp and chose it based on the great reviews--so glad we did. They were professional, always on time, and incredibly flexible with our son's busy baseball schedule and limited availability. I called up "Driving Eric Crazy (DEC)" and spoke to Josie who is super friendly and helpful! The information we got from DEC was great and extremely informative. I ended up booking the dates for my son to Drive Eric Crazy. Eric provided great feedback and had great driving sessions with my son. Today my son took the behind the wheel test and passed with flying colors! Highly recommend DEC for driving lessons. Great Driving School, the owner is extremely responsive and truly accommodated my daughter's schedule. She passed her behind the wheel test at a first try at Clairemont DMV and she couldn't be happier. Special shout out to Faustino who was extremely helpful, encouraging and was answering my daughter's questions even after the driving lesson. Eric is an awesome driving instructor. He is very patient and gives great tips. I have 2 teens who took lessons from him, and they both passed their driving tests!!!! Hes a really good driving instructor not only in the fact that he'll get you extremely prepared for the driving exam but in the sense that they will go above and beyond your expectations. He made sacrifices for me that most places wouldn't do, and he makes his lessons really welcoming and with little to no stress. Eric is an amazing driving instructor! He put myself and my two teenage sons at ease with his great communication and friendly, encouraging teaching style. A family business that stays true & solid providing utmost care to our daughter while learning the safety & basics of driving.
