Amazing Amazing Service from beginning to end! My 16 year old teen took their online classes and behind the wheel classes. Everybody that works there is super nice, from office to instructors! I was always able to communicate with them with any question I had and they would respond in a timely manner. This is a 1.5 year late review but wanted to make sure Driving Eric Crazy gets credit for helping us when they really didn't have to. My son had his first driver's lesson with another company, but our schedules just couldn't come to an agreement and they were down one driver, so we were having issues trying to complete his lessons before his actual driver's test. So I inquired and although they expressed that hours were nontransferable, they took it upon themselves to see what they can do for us. In the end, my son was able to complete his lessons with the original company, however Driving Eric Crazy still kept in touch along the way offering sound advice and support up until his test. They gave so much love after finding out my son passed his behind the wheel test. If I knew about them sooner I would have just gone with them to avoid any other hassle. This is more than a driving company. This is like family. They made sure the sessions made sense and was adequate timing for the test. They even do a refresher near the DMV you are going to test and go over all the basics. My daughter said she felt such at ease during her lessons. Eric's calmness made her calm. Going against the tide here. Overall poor experience. Eric was 15 minutes late for the first two lessons and 5 minutes late for the third. Never made up any time on the back end and never offered. Instructional experience was fine. My son failed the driving test. Eric told him he'd check in to see how it went and never bothered. What can I say about Eric that probably hasn't already been said? He is so patient and kind with the kids. I found Eric and Josie via our local high school Facebook group. I decided to hire him to help my son, who was already 18, learn to drive. I knew this was not a task for me and needed to have Eric teach my son the basics as well as the skills needed to drive a car. Eric took great care of my newly adult son and helped him gain the knowledge he needed to get his drivers license. Fast forward to this year... my daughter wanted to get her license because a lot of her friends were getting theirs and she was already 16 and didn't want to wait as long as her brother . Eric helped her with tips and links to the information she would need to be able to pass her behind the wheel exam. She was officially permitted for 10 months before obtaining her license. She took her time and made sure her time with Eric counted. He showed her the same patience and tolerance he showed my son and made sure she had the correct skills and knowledge to make sure she would pass the test and be safe on the road.
