After comparing notes with a friend who went through Contractor Intelligence School, I saw their online portal was far more organized and their materials cost less than half of what I paid here. The office itself also felt run-down, which made me question how established this school actually is. I ended up paying again to redo my education elsewhere. I hope going to the wrong door doesn't happen to other test takers and cause anyone to be late for their test. It would be really helpful if there were a sign in the parking lot directing test takers to the main entrance.

The kids were loud and cause disruption while still waiting outside. They let people in while chewing gum and making so much chewing noise. I complained about this and my concern was met with a cold shoulder. The lady at the desk did not even take it serious and just smiled in a creepy way every time I brought it up. They take forever to get people to be checked in and out. If you are taking a test and is on a scheduled break, this center is a disaster and they will waste your exam time chatting and laughing with the kids while checking them in. I waited more than 40 mins to check in when it takes simply no more than 10 mins at every prometric I've been to. They had 3 employees and none gave a damn about the 10+ people waiting in line. Do not trust them to take your exams here. The manager clearly just wants money and crams a large number of people including kids inside. On top of it, their headphones are very cheap in quality and doesn't even go over the ear. There is no noise cancellation in them. While I was listening to audio during the test I could hear all the noise outside which caused me a major distraction. Everyone here is so lazy and walks slower than a sloth and doesn't appreciate or understand the seriousness of exams. Do not take your exams here. Someone needs to close this branch or make changes to the useless apathetic staff working here.

The staff made the experience actually enjoyable opposed to what you might expect. They were informative and genuinely made sure we knew all the materials. The in person class was not very long either, they were able to summarize all the main points very well whilst still being thorough and concise. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

If you are so inclined, have a cup of coffee or tea. - Don't forget your two forms of ID (and whatever else you will need). - They make you empty your pockets. I would think that leaving your stuff in one of their lockers would be safer than your car, but it's your call. - Make sure you know where this location is (and don't confuse it with the other INX building). INX makes it pretty clear in the directions that they email. - Give yourself plenty of time to get here. I'm really glad that I did. - Use the washroom before you sit for your exam! The DSPS Department at Mesa College is really great. It offers students access to disability…read morerelated, reasonable accommodations which extend beyond those regularly offered by the college. The services are arranged through the DSPS Department and intended to assist college students with disabilities to more successfully participate in regular college programs and activities. Services and access are based on a verified disability, counselor's recommendations, and individual need. Lots of veterans go back to college after getting out of the military. Some of these vets are injured and require accommodations. Also, learning disabled students get extra help here at DSPS. You can get preregistration of your schedule and there are counselors who can help you select your classes. My friend who is disabled and attends City College downtown said the DSPS program through the San Diego Community College District can also give you a note to give to your professors that gives disabled students an extra 15 minutes to get to class without penalty. This is something very useful, particularly the first two weeks of the semester, when parking is a nightmare on campus and getting around can be troublesome. One of the best things about Mesa College, of which I am also an alumni, is this wonderful DSPS program that can make all the difference to a student succeeding in higher education, despite handicaps and disabilities. 5 Yelp Stars for helping students that need a little extra help, get it.
